I'm a bit late commenting on this video.... It isn't easy to find a home in Umbria that combines traditional features (stone, wood beams, cotto) with updated HVAC, some green space, AND that won't cost you an arm and a leg in upkeep. This apartment in Collazzone is pretty much PERFECT. It's a gorgeous town, very convenient, and has a fantastic view. On top of the patently obvious aesthetic delights, I want to point out the garden. You could plant enough vegetables to keep you going for months. All of the charm of living in the country without having to acquire and maintain (1) a trattore, coltivatore, and decespugliatore to care for your plot; (2) an electronic fence to keep out the wild boars; (3) a patentino for agricultural chemicals. AMAZING FIND.

The castle property was our favorite. I know it's not Scotland, but I could certainly see Sean Connery walking around the corner at any moment. 😎 You have to love the combination of materials used in the design (brick, stone, render, tile and wood beams)....favoloso!!! In the main feature, I could imagine watching "Days of Thunder" on the VCR or on one of those large laser discs. Just remember to have some black tape to cover up the flashing 12:00! 😂 I'm showing my age. You are an amazing couple that keep stepping up the game. Keep up the great work! Salute....🍷

I love this home, especially the views, outdoor space and pool. Ugh! I wish I were ready to buy and move. I’d sit at the window with my coffee and Bible. Do you think this building was a church, it’s why there’s a bell? Great job again guys, you find some wonderful homes.

Gorgeous area! Amazing views from the property - and features galore! I’ll be a hop, skip and a jump away from there this week! I may have to check it out! There are too many beautiful areas, towns & villages in Italy … how do you choose?!? That’s what I’m struggling with right now. And that terrace, And some garden, And communal pool, AND those magnificent views! This place just keeps giving! Bravo! And the others "nice" too! 😛I'd look at shifting the kitchen downstairs for full indoor/outdoor living there, and turn upstairs into another sitting area, and plant me some palmtrees. because life is always better with palm trees! Needing a car or not might be a little subjective… some folks want a ton of amenities and services while others don’t. What we might think doesn’t need a car may be too rural for others but if there is a train in town and buses, we’d say no car is needed - would you feel the same?😊 Appreciate you joining us!! 🇮🇹✨

I really liked all four of these, but they didn't show the bathroom of the last one. Is it next to the bedroom? That bell tower was on the building, not a church, but there may have been a chapel in the building. Hopefully, they don't ring it, but maybe on special occasions. Have a great weekend, guys.
