Are there any luxurious new construction homes in Port Saint Lucie or in towns near by in gated communities like the PGA Verano (for example) but they are $250k or less? Like 2 bedrooms, 2 care garage, nice master bedroom, kitchen, den etc?

So my neighborhood when I bought 20 years ago had no fences was so beautiful it looked like we lived in the country honestly the fences came up when someone new came and started being nosey calling the police complaining that one new neighbor destroyed our neighborhood now we have fences when I see fences I think this area is where people can’t get along from my personal experience

Love the size of these houses. It would have been perfect had it had Jack and Jill bathroom #2. The layout of house #1 is nice. Also the Master Bedroom closet is not a walk in closet. The porch looked beautiful with the rain falling in the background.

This new Holiday builder construction is a cute starter home. Keep in mind it’s kind of small and they build on the cheap end, putting tub inserts instead of tiles and cheap carpeting.

The prices are attractive, but the homes are also small, so price/sq foot is still high. Plus, you’re an hour away from the airport.

Yes and it is less competitive. You give the builder your deposit and they build your house. No bidding wars, no highest and best. Just build and move in in 10 months.

This video is a bit old. Homes are no longer in that price range. Taxes are about 2% of assessed value.

Hi Pete. I am afraid that is not possible in our area. The minimum price I have seen for a house lately is $250,000 and that is on a standard 80 x 125 lot.

If your handy with fixing things spending 20000 now is better then financing 60000. Financing over 30 years you spend 3 to 5 times more. You dont "save" anything.

We have some amazing builders here doing end loans which means you don't have to make payments while your house is under construction. You just give your deposit and pay when it closes.

Wow it’s so small for the price 😩 house #1 House #2 NO to much work and To small House # 3 No horrible House # 4 I like the new construction $260 House# 5 is ok don’t really like it. For the money they want my neighborhood has to look nice as well. Just looking at the background I didn’t like any of the neighborhoods. But the last one looks nice.

The old houses tend to have bigger yards, and lots of space between houses. I smoke cigars, so I did not want a neighbor screaming at me as I enjoy my daily smoke.
