We live in NY and just purchased the Sierra model. Thank you for featuring this model. we were looking for a video that showed the den and laundry room. You are correct that the Sierra model was designed to show what you get without upgrades. The appliances are all standard as well. GL now offers Granite or White Quartz countertops with a 4 inch backsplash as standard. They discontinued Corian as the standard selection.

Wao amazing.me personally love the first floor plan small and luxurious. In love with it planing on buying in Florida maybe palm coast not sure yet doing my home work I'm in new jersey now .that area of this house looks wonderful on videos
