However, it's an altogether different issue, if someone feigns ignorance intentionally ! To get optimum satisfaction as also to ascribe some semblance of authenticity to it, someone should better put this question to one's own conscience ! @@ElfyjaWhen emotions are troubled mind and vital body are exhausted, so you often need more sleep to recoup. Someone like Sadhguru is kind of the opposite of depressed :P just utterly internally settled and blissful, so very little maintenance is needed.
Build a monster engine big stamine go jogging everyday for 3 months start with 15 min build it up to 1 hour jogging everyday you will be amazed after 3 months i promise huge gastank
@@shrikant6964 When I got in deep meditative states, it saved me more time of sleep than the time I meditated, unfortunately now I am not anymore able to reach that state regularly. Hopefully it will come back.
Sadhguru is actually more active than the average person. He is an energy master over many lifetimes. His prana has gotten to a certain level. If he just sits back his body goes into a deep mode of rest.
On average I sleep 3-4hrs in a 24hr period and I agree. I always feel so alive and ready to absorb life. Even when I spend a day just chilling with my dogs I'm even excited with anticipation on what's happening on you tube. I love life even when life's worst is happening. It's all to me a mad rollercoaster at the best theme park and I won't shut my eyes at all just take it all in. Omg I just realised writing this I could be mad! Lol.

Wake up at 3 am even if your thought says go back to sleep. That’s it.. one day mind is trained to wake up at 3 … until u move to your energies.. if u do then u can sleep when u want . Can pass a few days without sleeping too . Up to u.
I remember my childhood thoughts hoping to wake up fresh early and always eager to wake up the next day. Sometime to admire the day alone. I am totally different person now, trying to free from the stressful thoughts. Hoping to get blessed by the gracious Sadhguru, and Adhiyogi. Love you Sadhguru and Adhiyogi. I don't agree with this. If you have nothing physical to do for the day maybe its okay but when you have a lot of tasks for the day you need a 6 hour sleep minimum
That's true. But he has given methods on how you can achieve this naturally. After watching his video and doing experiments... you'll know that we do some things in wrong way, which makes us sleep more.

But that's not enough for common ppl like us who don't follow any satvik lifestyle,eat junk food on Sundays....some of are students who need atleast 8 hours of sleep for sharp mind,some of are working ppl,less sleep can affect physical & mental health.
If I am like sadhguru was the way he tells us he was before yoga, and I start practicing yoga, would I be able to enjoy 22 hours of my day everyday like he did?
oo nga. ung tulog ko rin ang gulo ee. lagi gising kapag 3 o 4 hours na. Hindi ko naman nararamdaman na pagod aq at puyat. Feel alive rin pero kkumpletuhin ko tulog ko kasi wala pa me work. So maaapply ko pala ito sa work😅 Pero maganda 7 hours tulog para maganda ang pag-iisip. Bibihira lang ang 4 hours na gising ka na. Masama sa karamihan kaya take it slowly kung kakayanin ng katawan. Baka mabigla at lalo maapektuhan ang mind.
Its all about age and cortilsol levels. As u age u loose melatonin in body. Now that i am hitting 40 i find it hard to sleep more than 4 hours. I function fine . At first i got panic attack lost why its happening but then realised it happens to people. My father also wakes up after few hours and so does his brother. My dad is active and an IITian. Its just part of life.
I’m a driver in New York City and whenever I sleep for 3-4 hours and try to work after that I always end up struggling to focus and fall asleep during the day. So for me 2-4 hours of sleep is not gonna work. 8-10 hours is great 😂😂
I sleep 4-5 hours a night and eat once a day and i feel better and have more energy than most people i see. Dont drink soda. Drink coffee/tea and water all day. At night when you relax eat your one meal then. I cant understand those that sleep till 2 pm
