You are amazing man i am a big fans of the funk genre now i can say i am getting what i was looking for keep making more videos like this GodBless you forever
Exactly what I was looking for! Realised my left hand can only play chords or octave root/5ths and simple walking bass (oh and the odd boogie) so I wanted rythmic bass lines requiring independence, so these are perfect, thank you! I will explore further once I've got these down. When I was looking, I hadn't expected to go as far as Tasmania...:)
Came across your channel just recently - so grateful for all the funk stuff you put out there. Significantly helps my technique ... and sounds amazing. Thank you !!!
Awesome thank you! Im planning to get a new 'Learn in the groove' tutorial up this week - soloing over E minor straight 16ths funk. Should be fun! Cheers for the comment :)
A great enjoyable lesson to play and learn along. The lines are legends. Please add loud counting to the beginning of each pattern, as without it, beginners will have real trouble to learn the grooves with both hands. Thank you. 🎉😊
@@pianoproductivitypeace You're welcome. When I started with piano, the counting was the hardest to learn for me and I still struggle with complex patterns, but I think to nail this in the players head is essential. Similar to the inner singing voice of jazz players.
Hello friend, I finally tracked the file down - I just gave it a bit of an update and included the original key as well. You can download the pdf here on my website :) pianoproductivitypeace.wordpress.com/54-2/
