It might seem a bit much what I'm about to say, but your show helped me with some of my mental issues. I had a very bad opinion about the EDC community and your show changed that by showing me how diverse the people in the EDC community are. By doing that, I was able to join the fun and put together a well thought out EDC. Putting together an EDC was actually really helpful in dealing with my crippling OCD and need for control, choosing and making my own gear turned out to be a safe place to be a control freak and drastically diminished my anxiety attacks. In short, your show improved my life by giving me a way to cope with myself. Thanks!!

A lot of tacticool doomsday nonsense on a lot of these type of videos. Just remember, EDC are just YOUR essentials that YOU use to get through the day hassle free. That could be just a phone and wallet for many people.

Your show has directly effected my edc by exposing me to new gear that is often times more practical than the gear I was previously carrying but also changed my view on edc by showing that not all people who “edc” have to have some sort of tactical reasoning behind the gear they carry. You’ve shown me that the gear you edc has a lot to do with self expression and it’s interesting how you can get a glimpse into a strangers life by the objects carried on them everyday

Taylor, Your channel has made me get more organized with my EDC. While serving in the military, I had so many pockets to stash items that I didn't realize how much stuff I actually carried. Fast forward to now, I'm retired from the Army and my jeans just don't hold everything that I once carried. I had to rethink/reorganize my EDC for general office work. Your channel has shown me countless ways to just be more efficient in my carry. Albeit also made me purchase more gear, which has sorta turned into a hobby now. I'm always on the lookout for unique gear. Your channel is great and I've been following you since the mod days. Keep up the great work!

You’r show really helped me discover that i’m a gear enhuziast, but i live in Romania and we have knife lenght regulations so i can’t carry a bigger knife. But i actually got into edc because of you’r vids, one of you’r edc weekly popped up in my recomended feed and since than i’ve watched every edc weekly you’ve made! Before that i only carryed my phone and my wallet, but i’ve discovered i needed a knife so i started to carry a old multitool my dad gave me when i was 10, also i started to carry a notebook and a pen and i write all my ideas and plans and i found myself more organised. Never before did i think a simple multitool could come in that handy but i use it everyday! Thank you man!

When I first started watching your show I did not know what I had on me everyday was a EDC. Now that I've been watching for sometime now. I have found so many things I did not know existed. I have got something here and there but seeing what other people Carry has taught me how to evolve my EDC. I look forward to seeing your show every week just to see the coolest thing people are carrying. Thanks and keep up the good work man

My EDC was equipped for a combat zone Since I started watching this channel. I made many changes. Wallet: I had my whole life in it, pictures, receipts, notes, etc. I moved all that info to my iPhone. Purchased a RFID wallet Flashlight: I bought a AURORA A1.. Knife: MOSSY OAK RAZOR: do not need heavy blade knife Pen: Zebra F301. I had bic pen. I feel like I left a cave, I see the light. Thx !!

I never really paid much attention to what I carried everyday until I discovered your channel. I just accepted the fact that to carry what I needed each day there was a trade off with comfort. Since then I’ve found new and creative ways to carry my gear with greater comfort and convenience. Watching your channel has opened my mind to how useful a pocket Flashlight actually is and just this week picked up two for me and my wife to try out before stepping up to something more expensive. Thanks for showcasing edc!

I have to say I always wanted to EDC, but I never thought it was open to more than just CCW or knives. It’s opened up options for what to look at, how I can build my EDC, and thankfully, I feel more comfortable with my small setup that I continually gather ideas for making perfect. Keep up the great work man!

First of all I want to think you for all of the videos you have put out here for us to enjoy. Your videos have definitely changed my edc. I have always carried a pocket knife, gun, cell phone, wallet, and keys. The biggest things you have opened my eyes to are flashlights and edc utility knives. I have never really carried flashlights until I saw your video on the new Olight S1R Baton II. I didn’t realize you could get that much power out of such a small light. I’ve tried powerful lights in the past but found them uncomfortable due to the size. I love the S1R Baton II, and now that I carry one daily I find myself using it more and more often. The same goes for the utility knives. I bought the Outdoor Edge Slide winder after your utility knife comparison video. Again, I never knew you could get something like that in such a small package, and I find myself using it way more than my Spyderco Manix 2 for simple cutting tasks. So thanks again for all of your amazing videos.

The show has had me look at the items I have been carrying for 30 some years now. It is cool to see the new stuff and some of the old school type items as well. The biggest change has been the key organizer. Purchasing one has allowed me to rethink and pair down my personal keys and make a huge difference in my pocket. Keep up the great work.

I honestly didn't even know the existence of the concept EDC...here in Europe or at least where I live it's not very common, so when I stumbled upon your channel I realized that I actually carry objects every single day. Thanks to you I'm getting into the concept every day more and I hope to enlarge my kit with better quality tools :) subbed and submitted picture. Cheers from Malta

I came across your channel a few weeks ago and binged watched so many EDC Weekly videos. After seeing everybody's EDC I was blown away by how much gear is really out there. I began to research some of the gear that I saw and I took what was my original EDC (Wallet, Keys, and Phone) and revamped it into something that I am truly proud of! I have found that most of the things that I added have really helped me in my everyday life and I cannot wait to find new gear that will make every day just that little bit easier. Keep doing the great work you're doing! I can't wait to see more!

This show has helped me realize that I’m not Indiana Jones and I don’t have to carry a survival pack in my pocket. I learned how to sift through my EDC and find out what I will need everyday and what I won’t need. This is something I couldn’t have done without the show and thanks to you, my pockets went from the Rocky Mountains to simple practical carries that I will use everyday.

Hi Taylor, your show has really gotten me back into edc and back into making my own gear. I use to do alot of leather working and watching your show has made me wanna create more gear. It has also helped me find alot of interesting stuff to add into my collection. Loving the more laid back approach to EDC, that I feel your channel is promoting. Its not about having the most expensive gear, its about having what works for you. Keep it up!

So here we go, when I used to live with my parents and work full time I had A TON OF EXTRA MONEY (that I sadly don't have anymore) I spent alot on gear, knives, wallets, lights, etc etc. I would carry alot of gear and looking back on it now it seemed haphazard in what I was carrying. Your channel has allowed me to find what I like and need from all that gear. It's not how much gear you have it's about what you use and like. Thanks for helping me minimize my EDC gear!

Strong.As.Schick here - Dude... Best Damn EDC has not only helped me update my gear and make my life more efficient. having struggled with a lot of issues in my life such as OCD, where i just have to have every little thing organized in my life (ask my girl drives her crazy) to the point were it stuff has to be done my way because it would legit drive me insane to do it a different way or not have something exactly the way i want it organized. Its also given me an opportunity to connect with so many different people form all over. Being in discord has honestly been one of my favorite things to do on a daily bases. I cant believe how insanely accessible Taylor is and how open he is to talking about everything that is on his show. When i stumbled across MOD i binged watched everything and started my own EDC bookmark in chrome where i now have a list of about 100 items to purchase just to help with that OCD and daily struggles of a computer tech. Now my girl Supports my EDC habit 100% because it has helped so much with controlling my OCD and keeping my mind clutter free. Anyways man maybe got off topic but i cant tell you enough how much being in discord and talking with everyone has helped even the support when i went to competed at nationals the end of October... its just wonderful and i feel like my friends just grow a thousand fold. Means the world to me man and i would comment this anywhere and id vouch for you and this channel any where even if your not doing a give away. look forward to seeing you in NC.

While I’m a broke college student your show has definitely given me ideas on how to better consolidate some of the gear at my disposal and put together a more thoughtful EDC. I started carrying both a typical pocket knife (Benchmade mini-grip) and a smaller Victorinox Cadet because man those scissors are useful. And I invested what little spending money I had into an Apache Pine wallet because it was relatively cheap ($23 after shipping and tax) and I could get a feel for that style of compact wallet. It also gave me ideas for what to invest in next like a pocket light and an everyday pen that isn’t just a cheap multi-pack paper-mate. It has also definitely opened my mind to what EDC can mean for different people which is always welcome. Thanks for the hard work and I can’t wait to see the channel keep growing!

This show has exposed me to more gear that I have been looking for but has been hard to find. It also showed me why I would carry certain things. For example I never thought I would need to carry a bit driver but after hearing how others use it everyday, I tried and now use it almost everyday as well for things I would have normally shrugged off until it became a problem that Needs more than a bit driver to fix.

This show has helped me slim down and refine my gear. I have also become more purposeful with my purchases. I used to be all about purchasing quantities of stuff. I was just blasting through gear and I have drawers full of good stuff that I never touch. Now I consider my purchasing choices and take into account my preferences more closely before I buy something.

Your show has made me more aware of my edc. The show has helped me to put more thougt into my edc and that besides function, looks/style/theme does matter to me. Since the show I got a fisherpen in brass, and was gifted a pocket caddy by hitch and timber. What else inspired me, was that you are able to go fulltime doing what you love. It is always good to see someone achive or surpass their goals. It's a good motivation to keep working hard at your goals, because you never know what you are capabel of. Keep up the good work!

Hey Taylor and the best damn edc community. Taylor, your edc weeklys has shown to me how vast and tight the edc community is, especially on this channel. My mindset is probably the most effected by these videos and to think what I actually will need with me every single day instead of a catch all in my pockets. Great gear is introduced everyday but it’s the little things like reminding us anything can be an edc as long as it’s on person every day. Great channel and do not change what you have going on here. It’s unique and wholesome. Thanks. Ryan.

You introduced me into the world of EDC, the friendly brands that accompany said items and the amazing people whom also carry like minded gear. Granted, you have made me spend a a solid amount of money on awesome gear, however you have also allowed me to realise how much said gear can aid and allow me to thrive and prosper in everyday tasks. You’ve inspired me to spend hundreds of hours surfing RU-vid and forums looking and gasping at the gear everyone else carries and have made me single handedly more jealous at Australia’s terrible knife and gun laws. Thank you Taylor for your contributions to my shift into manhood!

I stumbled upon your channel when you were first starting out. I was really just getting into EDC in general and was looking for someone who was showing different products than I was normally seeing on youTube. BestDamnEDC has caused me to become obsessed with what I am carrying and how I can make my day more efficient while being prepared for almost any task that might arise. While I still might find things second hand, I analyze what you are showing and see how these items can apply to my needs just at a cheaper price. I enjoy bothering everyone, mainly you, in the Discord and chiming in with helpful tidbits from time to time. While you do make me buy so much stuff that I dont need, the items I purchase are (generally) of quality and will get used depending on the situation I am in. Thanks again for showing all the free stuff you get to us and carry on. Also, yeet.

Honestly, this show has helped me so much when it comes to EDC. I will forever carry the 1 in 10 pocket screwdriver from Lowes. The Big Idea Designs one is awesome looking but the extra torque provided from the attached extender is invaluable. I'm a car salesman, and as one, you absolutely need to follow up and make sure everything goes well with a customers purchase. That pocket screwdriver alone has made my life so much easier just by providing a way to put new license plates on customers vehicles for them. Those tiny screws get ridiculously tight when road dust makes its way into the acceptor, so the torque is, as I said, invaluable. Thank you for showing me this, as well as many other items that I've added to my EDC that I use at least once in my daily life!

I think you've really just reaffirmed the joy I take from my own EDC. For the last two years I've been rocking a Delica 4, Fisher Space Pen (brass), a Zippo (brass), Seiko SKX007 (with a different strap everyday), a Money Clip from BoardingPass, a Carl Friedrick Swanfield Wallet, some AirPods and an iPhone (Xs). I feel like I should probably submit but I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Anyway every time I watch the your videos it makes me feel a little less crazy for loving my lil' kit so much. Love the videos, keep it up man!

Always carried random pieces here and there. Since finding your channel my idea of EDC has changed, and I began to look at it as more so tools to carry rather than some junk in my pocket. I started to carry a fields notes book again along with a fisher space pen I just picked up, a Spyderco Para 3(for general box opening), plus many other items that can be better explained in a photo at a later date. I have also begun toying with the idea of picking up a flashlight because of you channel. Thank you for putting together something great to show people that there is a reason for all that junk in your pocket everyday.

I started watching your videos about a month ago and it has changed my entire EDC. I have watched ever single on of your video, and when I caught up on all of them I actually went to your other RU-vid channel and watched just about all of your old EDC weeklies . I'm still in high school and hate carrying a bag so i just started carrying everything in my pockets and noticed I cared a lot of stuff. So I took some pointers from you and the other people that are sending in submissions and I am really happy with what I have going on. I currently carry a wright in the rain note book, a off brand pen, a case knife, and a Altoids can that carries ear buds, a charging cord and Burts Bees lip balm and of course my phone. I have actually been looking into the utility knifes for a extra blade that i dont have to worry about messing up since my case knife is very important to me. Since im in high school I dont really have the money to buy a nice one i was just going to wait on it but if you do end up picking me as the winner it would definitely complete my EDC. I look forward to watching your videos every week and can't wait to see how my EDC changes over time.

I don’t know if these videos have encouraged me to buy other gear but it has changed how I look at my EDC. A persons carry doesn’t have to include firearms or personal defense items, it’s just what you need on a daily basis or what you feel you want to have with you as you go about your day. I have enjoyed your videos ever since you were posting them on MOD but have never been super active and have only submitted once. I appreciate your hard work and thank you for including anyone and everyone into this community.

Hey brother, I've been watching your videos for about 2 months now. Accidently found your channel through random searches particular gear I needed. Until I found your show I didnt even know "E.D.C." was even a thing. Only assumed people carried whatever they needed or in case of situations. I have gone through a lot of your videos since then and has helped me recognize many different options of altering my current E.D.C.. Specifically helped minimize it when I'm not working, yet still have the tools if needed, like the keychain Victorinox, micro stream flashlight and my new bullet space pen(think that's the correct name). Keep it up with the channel and even the live stream event was fun. Love seeing this as a community and able to adjust to better everyone's day to day carry. Looking forward to posting my carry in the near future. Peace!

Watching your show has caused two significant changes in my EDC. First, I now carry a handkerchief which I learned from some of the submissions you’ve shown us. Not sure why I didn’t before, but I really enjoy carrying one now. Second, I’ve had a lot of fun DIY’ing some new gear. I’ve carried the same 4 things in my pocket for the last 5-10 years. I don’t plan to start carrying more, but watching your show has shown me there's a lot of cool stuff out there and made me realize I can improve on what I carry. I looked around for what I wanted and didn’t find it, so I’m making it. It’s a blast and I wouldn’t have thought of doing it if you didn’t do what you do. Many thanks from another NC’er.

I was carrying a streamlight pro-tac 2l in my edc because I was carrying it at work. I’m a correctional officer sergeant in Florida and the streamlight is still my work edc however, I bought a copper i3t during the flash sale and I love it. It’s much smaller than the streamlight so it works better in jeans pockets or other clothes without as much room as my TDUs. You’re show makes me want to spend far more money than a correctional officer sergeant makes but that’s ok it’s a great watch and it’s nice being here since the beginning knowing this channel will have a million subs someday. Keep up the good work!

This show impacted me simply by letting me slim down my options. This channel is a great way to crowd source what people are using and why. It's especially helpful with the lesser known options, a lot of edc gear don't have too many reviews and this channel provides a version of that. This way I know what and why I am buying.

Your show has made me realize how nice it looks to match everything in your EDC. I kind of have a mishmash of different colors and stiles of things. I have started to try and make everything match more. Secondly your show has shown me how helpful it is to carry a notebook and pen. I am a student and having something to jot down quick notes is super valuable. I defiantly will always carry one from now on. And lastly I realized how much stuff I carry that is redundant. I defiantly went through a phase where I just had a ton of stuff that I didn't use but I carried it with me because it was cool. I still do that to some extent but I have started to streamline everything into a more easy to grab and go package of things. Keep up the good work and maybe one day I will get around to finally submitting a full breakdown for EDC weekly. Cheers!

You've definitely affected what I carry here. I've always been a knife guy but been sort of "whatever" about the rest of the things I carry. Watching your channel has really helped me clean things up a bit, and some of the items I ended up getting I had never even heard about until I saw them here. I'm always all for good quality things that last, and I feel like my EDC reflects that much better now. On top of that because of your videos I've actually started posting on my IG. I've had it forever to follow people, but never really started posting until I was encouraged by you to take pictures of my gear. It's brought me a lot of joy and I continue to have a lot of fun with it, thanks!

This series has definitely made me carry more and more consistently carry. I have a wide variety of tastes when it comes to EDC and this series showcases many different styles and price points, which is awesome. I believe spending more for items you use everyday is reasonable and it makes spending the money more rational. One thing I have added to my EDC based on this series is an Outdoor EDGE utility blade and I love it. At first I was unsure how much I would use it but since I have added it to my EDC I use it daily. Love the show and keep up the great content, thank you.

Your show has definitely brought so much gear to my attention. flashlights, utility knives, and so much more some of which I have added to my edc. Though with the introduction to new gear you as well as the submissions inspire me to take only what I need while keeping everything so versatile. Thanks man, for the community you bring and just your videos themselves

Growing up in scouting and being in the outdoors a lot, I was trained under the saying “two is one and one is none”. Until I found your channel I was someone who carried redundancy after redundancy. Your channel has helped me narrow down why I carry and get me into thinking about quality vs quantity. Thanks!

This show really stepped up my edc game haha. I wasn't big into it till I found your edc weekly on your Mod channel. That's when I was really introduced into a bunch of cool equipment. Thus has made my edc be more minimal. I traded in a bigger flashlight for a awesome rovi van and traded in my big pocket knife for a Gil-tek ruk. I find it nice not to have a big blade on me but something that's always super sharp! I've had the keybar and hellbent wallet for quite some time, but the stuff you've featured really helped round out my edc and always enjoy seeing everyone elses edc and why.

So, I am a newer viewer of the channel but absolutely love it. I look forward to the new vids constantly. I have been carrying a decent amount of EDC for a while but recently added the Gerber Stainless Utility Knife to the mix. I really like it for small bs tasks that I dont wanna use my blade for. Thanks for the awesome content you provide and please keep it up.

As a student, I don't have a lot of money lying around, but because of your channel I have been able to save up and get some really cool gear, such as the RovyVon Gun Grey A3. Each thing that I bought after seeing it on your channel has improved my edc and day to day life. Thank you.

Your show has made me be more conscious of what I carry everyday. And buy gear that I never knew would help me in my everyday tasks. And also how I carry everything as well, being intentional with it all and not just carrying a bunch of gear just because.

Hey love the show and it's been one of my favorite random finds in a long time. Being a paramedic, and volunteer fire fighter, and ex military I've always been attracted to edc items that make my life and day to day easier. Finding this show I didnt realize there were so many with the same interests, and so much unique ideas for gear. Since watching your show I've without a doubt have discovered new things with practical use for both myself and my fiance. The biggest question I get from her now is why are you buying a 30 dollar space pen ahaha "your not going to space any time soon " ahaha. But no i picked up an olight keys chain light that her and I love, and have refined some tools with some multipurpose items. Keep up the awesome work man love the channel and look forward to dropping some edc picks of my own. Stay Classy.

Thanks to this show I've really gotten more into the EDC frame of mind. My life has honestly improved because of it too, especially at work. You're how I found out about the Big idea design TPT Slide and since I've bought it I've used it more than any other tool on my person at work and it's my go to tripod tool for my camera now. EDC has improved my organization, and my efficiency dramatically and I have this show to thank for it. My back thanks you too as this is the reason I switched to a slim wallet too from my gigantic leather trifold that found it's home in my back pocket.

You really helped me slim down my edc and find products that I may not have found on my own. I went from carrying a lot of stuff that I really didn’t need and now I carry the basic essentials and can comfortably fit my hand in my own dang pockets.

It has definitely helped me by seeing how much I carry! I have now slimmed my edc to only what is essential to what I actually need to get me through the day! For example, I used to carry a multitool and small knife but now only carry either or depending on what I've got going on in my day(mostly depending on week day or weekend). Also, I have seen that putting the extra dollar forward for anything that you carry daily is so worth it. When I was deciding on a new multitool, I could not decide what to go with. I saw your live stream and hopped on and asked for a certain price range and it took you a bit to think of something but you did say stick to leatherman. That caused me to research just a bit more expensive options and decided to get the Leatherman Wave plus and have not regretted it once! Keep up the great edc videos and best of luck to everyone entering! Peter C.

I am also a college student and don’t have much money so I carry some different knives and wallets but your show has made me want to save and got me thinking of things I could use everyday. PS. I only discovered this channel a couple of months ago but I have since binge watched every episode including all the episodes from mod. I have always been very much into gear and make what I carry in a bag or my vehicles very specific. I have been refining my car bag and setups for years but rarely change my personal pocket carry much. Your channel has helped introduce me to a lot of great products and a Lot of beautiful themed edc's. Thanks a lot I have never submitted but I certainly will soon.

So, where to begin? Your channel has changed my EDC in a lot of ways. So many great ideas from the community out there. I now carry a Gerber EAB lite instead of using my pocket knife which by the way is a Fox karambit. Also not sure if I’ve been living under a rock or. It but never heard of a fisher space pen before so I’ve ordered up a bullet in flat black. Every day I hop on to my phone to see if you’ve uploaded another video to check out all the awesome load outs that people are carrying. From pocket organizers to watches and everything between Always something to look forward to, thank you for helping bringing these ideas to light.

Great Video and some awesome stuff as always. Your show is the reason why I started to think about my edc. I actually never had a edc besides of my phone and my keys. After watching your videos I started to think about all the times I wished I had something with me like a knife or a wallet or a light 😁 I always carried my money in my pockets and maybe one card for paying more expensive stuff. I didn't even carry my ID on me... Sometimes I needed my ID or my visa or my health insurence card but aways had to drive home first. Sometimes I needed a knife to cut something like tape or open a box but never had anything on me so I had to drive home. Simple stuff that I never thought about. Well after watching your show I got myself a wallet, a key organizer, a pocket knife, a tiny olight and a watch. You helped me to get more organized and I actually do feel a lot better when I leave my house. Thank you for that and for the videos you make. Keep doing what you do because you do a great job!

This show has made me so much more content with my edc, seeing everyone’s submissions really helped shape my edc into the perfect mix of minimalism, functionality, and style. Recently i got a care package from my friends over at thread wallets and i have been rocking their stuff but pretty much everything i edc has been taken as inspiration from this show. The only thing that is changing is maybe the watch depending on what i get for christmas lol. Anyways i really want one of the utility knives and if i could have donated more i would have. Keep up the good work and have a great day

This show has made me completely change my look on edc. I have gone from just a generic leather wallet. To a ridge titanium wallet, with a spyderco para 3, soon to be a tiscrib bolt pen in titanium. And lastly the tpt slide. And when I can get a job more gear will be added like a flashlight and when I am of age a concealed weapon. But since I am only 17 and am currently in high school I can’t not carry most of this.

The show has encouraged me to open my mind to what a true EDC is and the fact that everyones EDC is different. It's also helped to groom and curate and an EDC thats effective but not overboard for my daily life. I have added several items to my EDC because of you. Items like the outdoor edge slidewinder and the O-Light i3t EOS. I look forward to continuing to tinker with my EDC as the show goes on and I am introduced to more awesome gear.

Taylor, Your show has been a great tool in helping find what's out there and I mooch off other peoples creativity. This to me is the best purpose for a youtube show. You have entertainment, variety, creativity, reviews, and a community of contributors. It's nice to bounce an idea off either you or your followers who I have found to be more than friendly. I started using a keybar and keysmarts because of your show. I now own 2 olights and a rovyvon thanks to you. I like to see what's out there and also find what people need that isn't on the market. As you know I'm a maker and am always looking for a new idea or two. Truth be told, I feel more "Ninja" like. Lighter and sharper when it comes to not having too much but always having just what I need, in my pockets. If I could make a recommendation, I have a few other tubers I watch and when they collaborate with another tubers on either a project or video, they get a big spike in subs. Just another way to reach out if that's what you'll be going for.

Your show is helping find a way to clean up my key situation. It is still in process but it is in the works. Just haven't been able to decide on which key organization system to go with. Hi! I recently subscribed to your channel and began binge watching, for lack of better words. I am an EDC enthusiast and you have helped me locate items and spend money that I didn't need to ha! You have shown several items that I've seen pictures of on different sites and never could find a description. I love the gear you show and share much of the same mentality as you. Your channel has caused me to update some of the items in my EDC. The flashlight being the biggest improvement, I carried the Maglite Solitaire LED 1-Cell AAA for 3 years. I recently swapped it for the RovyVon Aurora A5 w/ UV. The other item I took your advice on was having a utility blade based knife. I now along with my Kershaw Shuffle carry the Outdoor Edge Slidewinder. Both of these changes receive daily use, I actually rarely use the Shuffle at this point, maybe twice a week.

Even though I am a new subscriber I feel like your show has forced me to step up my EDC game. I found myself refining my carry to the point of obsession; researching new gear, new ways to carry, ways to carry more but lighter pieces of gear. It’s really a problem. I look forward to your videos and your the first channel I go to for edc reviews on many pieces. Your channel is the reason why I purchased the rovyvon flashlight. Thanks for the knowledge and look forward to all the newest and diverse pieces of gear that your channel brings to the table ( no pun intended).

I am still in a bit of shock surprise man! You've always been fair about how you pick the featured submissions, but I still had to give ya a run for it on the livestream last week 😎 It's great to have feedback from you and the other viewers here on Best Damn EDC. This is definitely one of the highlights to mark down, and my wife watched too! Maybe you'll have another subscriber soon. How your show has effected my EDC? In short, a whole lot. Keep in mind I've been following you since your early days on Pocket Now when I was deciding between Android and iPhone coming from the BlackBerry 8330 Curve. Now for the details. My choices in tech products have been in large due to the excellent content that you, Jaime Rivera, and Michael Fisher created way back when as well as recently. I'm a die hard Android user and app developer because of you guys and have had the pleasure of working on such names as Snapseed, DropBox, Pixlr, and Trucker Path. This isn't fulltime for me, but I enjoy it and do this as a hobby. Going back to MOD and the EDC Weekly, I discovered that dBrand (which Michael Fisher @mrmobile ) talked about a LOT was actually something I wanted to try out. Carbon Fiber became a bit of a craze and my Galaxy Note 8 is covered in it! The UAG brand became a little more common place and I realized I wasn't alone in using the fantastic Monarch cases. I was carrying a WHOLE LOT more at that time, also larger items. That's when I discovered Olight and the S1 Baton went into my cart on Amazon. I've always carried a light of some sort, but you really started the craze to a whole new level. I have since ordered and used, the S1 Baton, Streamlight Stylus Pro, i3T eos, RovyVon A2, and others. The Stylus Pro and i3T eos are my go-to lights due to size and usability. Somewhere in all that I saw a Benchmade 940 Osborne and started craving it big time. Until I saw the price tag... over $280!!!? One year ago today I saw it on sale at my local Bass Pro Shop for $160 and snatched it up. It is fantastic and a very regular rotation into my EDC, especially when I need a slim and lightweight knife. Several months ago I ended up getting the Ontario RAT-1 albeit at a much lower price because I wanted to know what all the hype was. I've genuinely made efforts to go minimalist and obviously failed, but I have paired down a lot. Lightweight for me seems to be nine items or so. Wallet, watch, pen, knife, flashlight, lighter, multi-tool, phone, and the firearm. It's a lot less than I used to carry and yet with "coaching" from your subscribers a lot more efficient if you will. My current wallet of choice, the Buffalo Billfold Cardholder was never something I would have tried until I saw the minimalist wallets here on the EDC Weekly or Best Damn EDC. My wife has commented that I still carry a lot but it is less than when we were dating. The new rule is asking before I buy flashlights and no looking alone when I'm at the store haha! There are various EDC tools that I have tried, some I use and like, others are in a box now. I have the Punisher Pry tool, which is in my pocket today. Carbon fiber wallets, wireless earbuds, a Handkerchief, chapstick and other gadgets that rotate into my daily carry because I discovered or re-discovered them here on the channel. It's a constant evolution for me, but ultimately I carry and use what works for me. I'm not spending money to please others or just collect junk... I've said it before, and mean it every time, you have a great channel and probably one of the best showcases for the EDC community. The website is coming along nicely and offers a neat alternative to the videos and Instagram, while still working well to compliment both. Keep it up, Taylor!

The Leatherman bit kits do fit standard 1/4 driver. It's not a perfect fit, as theres a slight wiggle when theyre in the 1/4 driver, but they work nonetheless. I remember scrolling through RU-vid videos one day and seeing an older Edc weekly video on my feed. So, I watched the video and decided oh, this is super cool. I've always carried things like a knife or a flashlight and of course a wallet. Then after watching several of your Edc Weekly videos, I noticed "holy cow, I carry a lot of stuff but don't need it all the time". I ended up figuring out through watching, that I could just carry what I needed when needed.
