Bhai please reply me......what can i do to get this type of hike......i am java FullStack developer with over 3.5 years of experience.....i have worked on multiple technologies like spring boot, hibernate, spring mvc, React js , Mysql , mongodb etc. How can i get this level of hike.... because HR's ask for current CTC and when my reply is 5 lpa.....they will just tend to provide 30 to 40 percent over that. How do people get this level of Hike which is 4 times of their package???

When its your first switch, always expect more than 100% hike, coz uske baad kabhi milta nhi(rare case me milta h). Also, get the latest testing skills, khud se kuch automation me try kro, and get some other things like CICD pipeline to compliment your role, so aise you can ask for more. Considering your 4.3LPA, 10LPA would be basic to consider for change, thn you can go upto infinity based on your skillset. Remember, first interviewing company always wont provide 100% hike. So jo bhi milta h, get it and use it as counter offer. All the best❤ I hope this helps✌🏻

This is true, Khud ke company me notice period is 90 days, but hiring inko immediate joiners chahiye hota h. So just lie, and sit for some company where you will never wish to join. Get offer letter and bolo notice period has extended 😂 I dont have any other suggestions. Baki lets see if any one els has got any better 💡

Yes, mujhe bhi aisa hi mila tha. So the conclusion is, Get the offer and use it as Counter offer in another. No other go. Whoever wants to settle for less, let them. And bahut saare companies ke paas budget hoti h, but they dont give high packages
