@@ABEL-cd2sp I'm not 100% sure, (about 85) but I think Gabrielle is his wife. She has a cookbook with the almost exact same recipe. Then again it could be a just a coincidence. Then again Gabrielle was a level 2 chef and shane and Gabrielle kind of seemed to be talking very similar in there cupcake(Gabrielle) and cheesecake(Shane) at least in my opinion. But idk it's just a theory

@@bgriffiths1840 unbaked cheesecake with gelatine is way lighter than the american versions. My mother makes one and we had american people try it and they said it was the best they ever had. She doesnt use black pepper and its a cherry cheesecake. Dont knock it until you try it

@@bugkake Didn't knock it. Have tried it. I'm not sure what American's eat, but I love what they sell as New York cheesecake where I live. It's very heavy and dense and delicious haha. Oddly, my second favorite is Japanese cheesecake which is extremely light and airy and less sweet. Anyway, my comment is obviously a joke, I called him cream cheese Jello guy. You shouldn't take it as a personal attack on your mother's cheesecake.
