In a way this separation and divorce is the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I’m sure it’s going to be the best thing that ever happened to my husband. I no longer want the man-centered, dysfunctional, self-centered marriage we had. I want a new marriage with Christ in the center. A new marriage but with the same husband. In the meantime God has been doing an amazing work in my life and I see and celebrate His sanctifying hand. God has a lot of work to do on my husband too, especially since my husband walked away from God decades ago. My husband must take the prodigal journey to the place where he finally looks up and acknowledges Christ is the only way. I want God’s timing in our restoration and not a second sooner. Until then I stand with joy in my heart.

HI, I'm from Brazil and I was married for 25 years and we have 2 daughters. I never thought it could happen, but we got divorce in 2013. Since than, I'm standing and waiting the God's promisse in our lives. "The glory of 2nd house will be better than first". 11 years alone is not easy, but God is my strenght!

I to said i would never go back and i kept willingly going back until I stayed. I would wake up next to my husband and leave again this happened over a period of two months until we reconciled. Now were divorced hes saying hes done and im standing!!

I like your testimony so much but my beloved wife left me 2 years ago for another man after 22 year relationship including 15 year marriage. I’m sooo unbelievable devastated and still love her so much and have really the feeling I should’t let her go but now she just send me a message that I should stop praying for her return with my kids (8 and 10) and she soon will introduce them to her new love. I really really pray every day, humbled myself for God, thrusting him completely, didn’t touched another woman in the meantime but the situation is getting worse and worse. I cannot believe, because she was the most lovely wife. She went indeed into spiritual things and suddenly she didn’t believe anymore in the bible and is talking to a medium. We had indeed not enough connection but I’m longing so much for her and my family. I miss them so much. I really cannot comprehend that God is allowing this much pain and I’m still convinced He gave me her. He’s also allowing so much pain in other lives. Is this a loving God? I really want to stop believing and thrusting in God, selling my weddingring and starting a wordly life. I really have no tears left. I’m completely devastated. That’s what I wanted to tell you and thanks in advance for listening,

@@jeroenboekhoorn this is my second time standing for my marriage my husband left us on the same date 20 year's ago and came back after 18month's but he has never been restored back to God he is now involved in Buddhism and new age teachings and now Hinduism its scary he is being decieved. I have stayed in bed the past two day's crying brother its hard to keep fighting when you are mentally exhausted so i know how you feel x
