I imagined my grandmother smiling and allowing me to place my hand on her heart. She is not here. She has passed away. I kept my eyes open and kept my hand on her heart and my eyes in her eyes breathing deeply. I am still choked up going back over it. I listened to the instructions and thanked her. There was this overwhelming convulsion in my chest and eyes as tears started to pour and my breath started to catch. In that moment I was thanking here in complete awe and gratitude. I gave a short cry then came back to these images and nstructions. That was incredibly meaningful. Thank you. I love and missed my grandma. Thank you.

My jaw dropped as I relaxed through Vishen Lakhiani`s meditation. I wanted to know if I should quit my job and learn Yoga, pranayam and Sanskrit in a real professional way. My heart responded in an ultra gentle, soft voice, "Yes, you should do it. However I wonder if it`s financially wise to do so .

Hi I have always seen things others cannot my mother gave me this wisdom....like the sun in the sky on a cloudy day just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there...what the human eye cannot see is far more than what we can.....

Man, how your voice is so soothing. It's really an effect of meditation or is innate. Because what I found is that most people listen to those who have nice personality, nice way of talking, nice voice like yours and are kind, benevolent, sympathetic like u. I am an Indian and I can't understand 100% pronouciation of English language from foreigners. I have really intrigued with your voice. Almost 100% I understand your pronunciation. There are many motivational speaker on u tube but my attention have been drawn only towards u.

I'm an avid meditator and I find peace and enlightenment through my training/fitness. My business partner and I are currently planning a work trip. Costa Rica was a destination we both felt drawn to for some reason. When the first woman to share her experience through the meditation conducted in this video at 36:35 said that she's been feeling drawn to Costa Rica as well, I paused the video and immediately called my business partner. We're going to Costa Rica. Hahaha! Life is so funny.

I listen to Vishen L yesterday all day and I was driving following his technique . This is mind blowing so I was thinking of Picasso last night . I fell asleep before I can do the exercise, to my surprise I had to do a nursing job next day, where I go to people homes and what shows up in the living room table as I walk in. Picasso Sculpture Mona Book with majority of his sculpture images. I couldn’t get over it. I am going to try his Silva Method.

I’m the author and illustrator of an indigenous book, call, MEGASOARUS about overcoming our adversities to become the Messenger of Unconditional Love.
