Ingredients:
50g butter
50g Double Cream
55g Runny Honey
65g Caster Sugar
125g of mixed nuts, roasted until golden and flavoursome
a handful of raw almond flakes
10 Glace Cherries, thinly sliced
half a cherry on top to look pretty
100g Dark Chocolate callets for tempering (I use Callebaut 811NV).
