This video gets me sad every time I see it because I don't have my Coker spaniel anymore

We started clicker training our puppy from early on and reinforce the training throughout her daily routine. Down position was done by luring the puppy into lying down then gradually lengthening the time before she got the reward so that she'd learn to stay down no matter what I was doing or what was happening around her. Very gradually increase the length of time, distance, and distraction levels to proof a solid down-stay, but also remember not to expect too much from young puppies.

what are your training methods i want my english cocker spaniel puppy to be just like this but so far she only nows sit and lie down how can i teach her to lie down when im standing up???
