That ramen place looked really chill, and love the fact that they had a chicken based broth. That was music to our ears, because most ramen places never have chicken, or chicken broth. The broth was so creamy and we agree, the thin broth tastes the best. Love the way it coats the noodles! That black truffle fried rice with eel looked very interesting and love the presentation and the way it was packed. Never had deep fried eggplant before, but those looked so yummy and crispy! You guys always find the most interesting foods!
Chatswood is so good for food! You chose some great restaurants here. Mr Stone Pot is one of our favourites too. We're heading to Chatswood today after being out of the country for 3 years, so we're keen to see what it's like there now. Hopefully it hasn't changed too much!
You guys channel is ALWAYS POPPIN' ;) really enjoyed this video. Man I gotta check out that fusion chinese spot~ those pics in the menu~ looks fireeeee!! :)
Wow... those pancakes were the fluffiest we have ever seen. Love that jiggle on them.. LOL!! We have never had those souffle Japanese pancakes before, but have seen so many people really enjoy them. We know Helmi was loving those.. especially with her sweet tooth!! Great video and love you both to the mother effin' moon!! Have an amazing week!
We have never visited Chatswood before. It looks really nice and modern!! 2 really interesting dishes at khoa pla. I think the pork ribs would be my dish of choice! I (andy) love ribs! hahhaa helmi, your japanese is so natural 😝😂👌. Looks sooo yummy and the broth. So good when restaurants put nice big pictures of the dish. You know exactly what you're going to get. amazing rice dish!! i like how they did that. That is a super tall pancake!! so fluffy!!!! We will definately need to go to chatswood with you guys when we visit.
Hey guys! I saw your comment on Nhật Ly’s channel about our funny chitchat video :) I love seeing food! The banana salad looks yummm! And I love thick broth more and more since I’m living in Saigon ! Keep going guys 🤗

We'd probably be adventurous and try the tiramisu or matcha for sure but can't fault helmi for going original at gram... That seems well worth the wait.
We really appreciate when a ramen spot does a chicken base as well, we had one delicious spot by us that did it when we still lived in NYC thankfully and were frequent visitors... Another dish you two are making us miss right about now!
Hey Nick and Helmi!! That's so true Helmi!! You can't eat too much, or you will go into a food coma or the hospital! We feel you on that one LOL!! It's great to see all the places you went on your journey in Chatswood. Cool that Helmi used to work in this area, and would get to eat all this amazing food on the regular!!
The banana blossom salad with egg on top looked really good. We have never seen that kind of dish before, but we love peanut sauce, so we may enjoy this. The pork ribs looked so delicious and sticky, you can never go wrong with ribs!! We were dying laughing when Nick said to Helmi "you'll have your dessert later Helmi". We didn't know if that meant literal dessert.. like a Brown Sugar Boba Tea, or something a bit more risque like Nick in "special" outfit for the nigh!! LOLOLOL 😂😂
Hmm that salad looks like something Nick might eat because it's not green :P easily trick Nick to eat his vegetables. 😝 Mmmm peanut that's like our rojak version in Malaysia then!
Fusion is fusing best of cultures. I think generally when done well is incredible. Truffle n anything is an improvement for reals. Woah that eggplant dish does look really unique nice find helmi 👌 let's go to this place when we go Sydney again. Ofcourse y'all finish with the souffle pancake 😁👍
Yayy! Dessert time! We have been dying to try Gram for a while, definitely missed that during our last Japan trip 😢 Hope they will open in Melbourne too 🙏
Wooooow fried rice with truffle and eel! Awh man, Puri and I both love eel!! That smoke when you guys open the foil, I can almost smell it! Hm, Nick likes eggplants :P probably because it's not green lol!
I remember the name wasn't King Dinasty before right, something else. Then they change owner & rename it to King Dinasty. We used to have yumcha there but haven't check out after they change owner, will do hanz 😁
That is a long name for that ramen haha!! Oh you name it Long Name Ramen, fits it perfectly haha!! OMGGGG you're making me crave for Japanese ramen! I love both thick and not overly creamy broth. And that chashu!!
You guys always find the best places! That pork was SO TENDER! So nice that was your favorite and you got to try it again :) This was filmed before covid right? Love the ramen shop! So crazy that you have a restaurant menu item that is SUPER LONG NAME! We always get hungry watching your videossssssss. One thing we're always cautious of is wearing white while having ramen because the soup could get everywhere!! I'm so surprised you guys got thumbs down already! The food is SO YUM. Even that eel fried rice which looks so nice! That pancake looks super nice! We have been looking for a place that has it! Can't believe you didn't cut it properly! HAHAHA! Thanks for sharing! We watched the whole video to support
Thanks guys, glad you enjoy all the food haha.. This one filmed last week actually as we all can dine in here in Sydney😊 Oh yes white tshirt & ramen is normally big no hahaa😂
SERIOUSLY!!! These look awesome!!! Love how you walked backwards because you’re so hungry! I would have done the same!! Lol! 😂😂 I love your silliness!!! First 2 dishes look so good!!! The second one looks so tender! I’m eating some exotic food right now & watching you guys!!! 😆😆😆😆 Hahaha! That is so looooooooong!!! Wished you guys were here to eat with me In Da Lat!!!
Such a long ramen name! Hahaha Chicken based ramen, it’s for me (Ony) for sure 😍 Yesss give me the half boiled egg too, so good, always perfect for the ramen 🍜
Black truffle and eels w fried rice...wow it sounds like a really nice fusion ..the cooking style is really different once the steams comes outs it's a surprise
I heard choji is good, love to try soon😊 hai di lao is so expensive 😭 i know very good quality n service but man, have to bring lots of people to share 🤣
The "long name" ramen 😂 looks so good! I actually prefer it when the broth is thick and it sticks to the noodles but I think the flavor is more important
Try the sushi at Akira Chatswood in the District, food from Malaysian restaurant MAMAK, and im not sure if its still there but theres a nice Japanese restaurant. I'm not sure of the name but If you were on the side of Krispy kreme and walk UP the stairs on your right side, there should be a japanese restaurant there. I think they had really nice bento/ don meals! Hopefully my directions and recommendations helped! Love your videos! =)
Ah yeah Mamak has been in that place for a while 🥰 Never try sushi one but we shall Jenni, thank you! That Japanese is there, we saw some udon ramen n bento, looks good as well. Thank you so much Jenni 😁
Ramer number 7 with super long name looks delicious, the portion is also looks big, dunno is it the bowl or is it that big haha. But i will definitely try this
Damn those tamarind sauce thai pork ribs look juicy and consistently delicious 😁👌 chatswood is a great spot for sure, ramen #7 🤤 imagine how good ramen #1 is since you loved this one so much already 😂
Thanks tommy!😊 Biasa chatswood chase 3 jem free or Westfield 2 jem free :) Klo mau lamaan, mesti ke residential area gitu di belakang chatswood chase, agak jauh tp no time limit biasa hehe..
