It’s been a CRAZY 6-7 days since the last video, but we finally have the 5 speed all lined out in the 55!
Take it from me, NEVER install a new clutch without resurfacing the FLYWHEEL. 🥴
We fixed the clutch, and drove the 55 to Hebron, Kentucky to the Tin Soldier Annual Open House and back, but not without a few hiccups.
I finally felt comfortable letting dad drive the car to see if he likes the new transmission. We have 2 weeks left to enjoy the car before it comes COMPLETELY APART at House Of Pearls.

It warms my heart when I see Bill making time to spend with his dad despite everything he's got going on. No one can ever replace your pops! The '55 is really coming into its own now. I can't wait to see it finished after all the bodywork and new paint!!

Enjoy watching the banter with you and Bucko and Mark! Love seeing your Dad behind the wheel of the ‘55, he seems to like all the improvements. It may seem like chaos to you but really for your subs it’s a small glimpse of the day and in most cases we all have somewhat chaotic moments, days, and even weeks. Your editing skills of showing us the chaos is truly worth every second!

The 55 looks amazing with the new Cragars those are still my favorite wheels after all these years and different designs. The shop is really coming along nicely. Your Dad seemed to really enjoy the new transmission and the rest of the upgrades you’ve done to it. I can’t believe Billy slapped the piston doing the reveal burnout but shit happens when you playing with your hot rods ! Thanks for the video Bill y’all got it going on up there..

Glad to see the 55 is done and meets your dad's approval that means it all was worth it and when you get it back from the paint and body shop The type of job that this crew does the 55 should look and drive like a million dollar car it will be a one of a kind . You will need to make you a trophy case to hold all of the trophies that this car will win if your planning on entering in any car shows. Life can get really hectic and chaotic when you do stuff and live life. Great to see your Dad driving and enjoying the 55'. You guys have worked hard to get turned into a cool cruiser that is more comfortable than it was when it left the factory back in 55'. Too bad about the valve in the S-10 but it was going to happen, better now when racing has slowed down. Go fast and be safe. God bless you and your family and friends.

That TKX swap can be a bit more tricky than most people expect good to see you all got it licked! There's not really a better upgrade to turn an old cruiser into a highway cruiser. Can't wait to see how that '55 comes through it's next series of upgrades and beautification that family heirloom certainly deserves it. Despite the chaos seems like a pretty darn good couple of days for everyone even with an injury or two with Robby and the Ole Truck!
