Why was this guy free? He was arrested 49 times and had a long rap sheet and long history of domestic violence. And he just finished domestic violence training. Munoz should sue the city because Adams should never have been free. When are they going to keep these violent people in prison where they belong? This is awful!

So the victim's family should sue the city because the judges in the suspect's previous crimes did not give him longer sentences? The city should have reasonably known the future and this inevitable outcome? Some people just comment without any thought whatsoever.
