Levi the draw of gold “fever” all comes down to one claim sir. GOLD IS WHERE YOU FIND IT. This was talk to me, bye of the original Alaska mountain men back in the early 70s. He had two mules 4 dogs and the 64 caliber cap and ball rifle.

Exactly the same iron stained gold I find on the Smith River in far northern California . Iron and chromium nuggets in the mix. I found two nuggets that weighed over half ounce apiece that looked just like a piece of iron completely stained iron color no gold color showing. But I knew they were gold as soon as I picked them up.

Please be keeping your eyes on the rear view mirrors everywhere you go from these days forward. Gold fever does crazy things to people and you're advertising a lot of gold. People want it and it's source and there's a long history of prospectors dissappearing.

Sensational! The stuff that dreams are made of Levi. There is probably more in that area mate shame you cant dredge it but why would you want to take the visual thrill of poking around for it. Ironstone and red cley are allways a good sign. Its the same in germany, but the gold here is much smaller. The size of the nuggets in Tassie land is outstanding.
