4 Passenger Buggy Restoration is Complete! | Engels Coach Shop

This 4th generation family heirloom is now restored! The grandson preserved the family buggy to eventually be passed on to the great grandson of the original owner. The story behind this family treasure is unique to itself, as so many stories are. This complete process can be viewed in the playlist - Rebuilding a two seat buggy. From a pile of remnants of pieces, now back to the pristine days when it was new. Building and restoring horse drawn vehicles often brings back memories of when the carriage days were just another normal part of life. Thanks for following along the whole process.

It is always hard to say good bye to something that has been a big part of your life for a year. To me the video series will be just as valuable as the buggy to the Grandson for generations.

As a race car builder I do know the satisfaction one gets the first time that the project is completed and it fires up and goes under its own power for the first time. It’s hard to explain to people who have never been involved in such projects. For me there is always a great satisfaction at looking at it and simply taking the whole thing in. Congratulations on a well done project! It has been a educational and fun project to watch you go through from beginning to end👍 Thanks

As with many things over the years ... I've watched this build from start to finish. Obviously this is a living testament to your skills and intellectual capital, but it's also a reflection upon America. Thank GOD there are still people in this country whose culture reflect the passage of time from inception of America to date. Yes, we are enduring a sliver in time with an unspanked group of men and women, politicians and corporate greed mongers, but this to shall pass. A correction is long overdue and will bring the pendulum back to center. Thank the two of you for your great contribution to our wonderful society.
