I think those are actually newer Dialight LED units. I can tell by the shape of the hand and man symbols (Dialight's man symbol has a rather distinct shape, the way the rear arm is positioned). Some time early this decade, Dialight's LED countdown signal units stopped including the "tails" on 6 and 9, similar to Leotek's countdown units. Or maybe Leotek decided to change their 16" LED countdown units to be more similar to Dialight's.
@@signaltracker2322, ahh. I guess Leotek changed the design on their 16" countdown signal units again. I'm reminded of when they also redesigned the hand symbol on their regular 12" hand/man units some time in the mid-2010s, looking somewhat thinner. (Where I am, they use a lot of Leotek, GE and Dialight signal units.)
