4 pcs bars break a lot easier (usually at the bottom weld - there's a lot of stress in this area). 2pcs bars are lighter and stronger. I do like the look of 4 pcs on some set ups though.

I like how aggressive 4 piece bars look, they also have a completely different feel from 2 piece bars. I replaced my 2 piece bars on my bike with 4 piece bars and it felt like a completely different bike, took me like 2 weeks to get used to it

I went from two piece stock Colony Endeavour bars to the Animal foursome bars and the first thing I noticed was the weight. The first few times doing manuals was a bit off but you get used to it. I do like the 'feel' of four piece bars, they definitely do feel more rigid and like I have more control or something...hard to explain. If you're sitting on the fence and you don't mind a *little* extra weight up front, give them a try. You'll love the look of them as well.

Always rode 2 piece bars but a couple months back I got some odyssey 49 bars and tbh I love 4 piece bars

I love my 6 piece ELF Blast Bars on my ELF Double Cross, and my Aluminum RL Fork lifter Bars on my 99' Triple X and Old School 80's 4.5 inch rise Fork Lifters on my 09' FA Team Limo 24, both of those are 4 piece. If you didn't already know TNT made a 6 piece bar. They look Heavy. ELF did make some out of aluminum.

It all depends on preference. I ride a 4 piece on my flat bike and a 2 piece on my street bike. The 4 piece got the bar very low thou to hop over more easy.

2 piece handle bar looks smoother and its so durable 4 piece handle bars maybe looks less cool and it had to brake from welding points

I'm six foot, but I'm very flexible. I don't know if flexibility is the reason, but I like narrow bars, though I do ride a longer frame. Unless I'm mountain biking, I still like a narrow bar, but for mtb I like a smaller frame than what I "should" be on. I've had a lot of people try and talk me out of this, but my bike set ups have always felt perfect for me, so why change. I don't know if this might apply to others, but if you are flexible, you might want to experiment with sizes and geometries outside of what people your height might normaly ride.

actually there's a difference, if you hit your knees on the bars like how it happened to me (with 4pc) it wont hurt as much if you have two piece lmao

I have a package coming in today, with a Shadow Conspiracy multi-tool, spare chain and half link, a helmet for my son, bike rack, and some spare grips... My bonus kid is also expecting his bike to show up today, its a 2020 WeThePeople CRS.... I think the geometry of that bike should work well for him, especially the short back end... he is a short little guy for 12 years old... still under 5', and I doubt he ever hits more than like 5'5" if that... might have to look for some small bars for him, like some 8"-8.5" rise...

+ Alfredo Mancuso Your right it seems more people ride 2pc. I know I have pretty much always. I had a set of Ron-C bars back in the day and liked them...until they snapped at the right side by the stem. And it would have been fine, except that it happened on takeoff on a set of doubles with a 5' lip. I heard it as I pulled up and knew I was doomed when I landed. Since then I have never used anything but 2pc lol

I cracked my 4 piece bars at the weld yesterday.. That's why I'm here.. I'm looking at bars and I'm not sure weather to buy 4 or 2 piece.. They were stock hi-ten Steel bars and so I'm going to buy 4130, but since my bars cracked at the weld, I'm leaning more towards 2 piece.. Do you see many 4130 bars crack at the weld?

If you get good 4 piece bars doubt they will ever break just like if you get good 2 piece there is probably no way you’ll break it unless you just hit it with a 10 pound sledgehammer a bunch

Im 5'6/5'7ish and i ride 10 high s&m fu bars with them cut to 26 wide and a topload stem. I dont like the feeling of short bars but i cant ride them wide.

I run like a big rise on my bars I had a 10" rise but now I'm going to a 9.5. I like the feel of being up right and what I had before has like an 8.3 so I was like slouching over and it felt terrible. I just got some stranger 4 piece bars 9.5

I once rode with Peregrine 5 piece bars lol. Man did I hate those but it was all they had and my bars were bent. Had Standard 6 pc. bars also. Didn't care for them. IMO - Terrible 1 classic bars are the best handlebars I have ever owned and they still sell them.

I'm a pretty big rider, and depending on what type of riding I'm doing, I'll change my bars, but I always try to drop them down, I can get crazy into tiny bars too, but I have some really cool 4 piece that I'm exited to get on my 22 inch! So it's for bar spins?

As a kid i had four peice bars because my family could not afoord to get me a new high quality bmx bike so i got my brothers old full chrome bike and i got teased for riding the four peice bars that came whith the bike but i loved them and i still ride the bike but jut not to the park i ride it more for a riding around whith my friends or whith my brother. And its been over ten years

I was running those noster bars for a day and had to switch back to my stranger brooks 10''. Those noster bars feel so small compared to other 8.75 bars.. weird. Anyone know why the stranger brooks bars are now discontinued?!
