@@PectusPThey so does this hide the sink sternum or does it fix it? I don’t want to just hide it I want to fix it because I’m worried it can affect my boxing career.
This! 2:25 I've seen people in some of your older videos claiming that you don't have Pectus Excavatum at all! How foolish! And the camera angle at 2:25 just helps to show that you do have it. I admire you, Riley. You inspire me to become the best version of myself everyday :D
Yep, those comments drive me nuts. I was absolutely depressed about my condition as a child and it had a huge effect on me, to then overcome it with training and have people call me a fraud and that I have never had it is extremely offensive.
@@PectusPT genuinely your channel has been so helpful to me brother. I’ve been following the exercises religiously because im fed up with feeling lesser-then. Been pushing hard everyday to grow now
Have you, or heard or anyone had pain from your chest that radiated to your arm and legs? I have had a ton of heart checks and dye and everything checked out… my wife is a nurse and she even said it’s not your heart everything came out fine on the heart scans
what exercises can i use to fill mass in the upper abs closer to the indent? I have been seeing progress in the chest and back but my upper abs or ‘core’ has been lagging in growth
I have pectus and also very mild scoliosis, barely noticeable (I'm 193cm) but find my lumbar is very far forward. Is this caused more by the pectus or scoliosis?
If I understand your question right than you’re asking about wether the effects of these exercises are permanent. The answer is yes. Unfortunately this isn’t the case with the vacuum bell.
