Today, I'm diving into the exciting world of seed starting.
It's like opening a treasure chest as I unpack all the seeds I've collected, ready to sow those due for planting in February.
Living in a place where exotic seeds are hard to come by, I feel incredibly lucky to have a variety from around the world, including some I ordered.
Confession time: Until I started growing my own food, I didn't realize veggies like lettuce and cabbage came from seeds. But now, armed with some precious seeds, I'm eager to put all I am learning to the test.
