Great tips! I’ve been journaling for so many years (but then stopped and started back January 2020). I journal daily & never miss a day! I do it because I have bad memory & it helps me look back to see what all I’ve done & how I felt.
That’s great! Journaling has definitely helped me out in so many ways as well, especially dealing with anxiety and also helping me discover things about myself.
