This may sound like a lot but it is so easy with the right tools. Need nesting pots or 6th pans, one deep, one medium, nice butter, and fresh garlic. Get a medium and deep 6th pans or pots that fit over/into each other. Put the deep one over heat with a little water til light boil. Put butter in med pot/6th pan, place into deep pot/6th pan, and clarify the butter over 1 hr. Gently pour the clarified butter into oven safe container leaving the solids behind. Add a buttload of garlic, and cook at 300°f for 45 min or however long to brown the garlic. Then follow the same method as in the video and you're good! Practice makes perfect!
I like to add garlic at the end of cooking, when I take my sauce of the stove, the residual heat is enough to completely perfume the whole dish with the taste of garlic I first noticed that with red pesto, just the heat alone from the hot noodles, is enough to enhance the flavour of the garlic
Well he has a team behind him these days, so I doubt they're actually "his" edits now 😅 but you're right, his shorts are some of the few I actually check out
Love pine nuts! My Mom and I love to make pasta with butter, fresh basil from the garden and toasted pine nuts! It’s also good with grilled chicken, spinach and tomato added.
I love putting garlic chips on my homade japanese curry. Specifically, a beef curry made with thin shaved beef, carrot, potato, shitake mushroom, and topped mozzarella cheese. I used to eat it in Japan all the time so I learned to make it, so that I could eat it after I moved away.
JOSH HOLY CRAP MAN! I wanna preface this by saying you were always pretty attractive, and your weight loss has only contributed to that through your ENERGY! Don't get me wrong, the results of your commitment of your body are there and quite apparent, but more than anything you look well rested, and more enthusiastic than videos before. Glad to see you happy and making choices that are best for YOU
Generally wish you actually went over black garlic. Just because black garlic has to be the best way to infuse your oils with. And it goes on a wide range of ingredients and food. It is honestly one of the more versatile flavor texts that you can ever have
If your guts hate garlic (aka youve been recommended fodmap) garlic oil is a safe way to have the flavour but not the hurt. Works for onions too. The flavour compounds are fat soluble while the sugars that hurt your tummy are not Edit:typo
