Then a abandoned WW2 bunker is discovered that emits a mysterious radio signal. Then when the radio emitting the sound is discovered,the real fun begins. And to keep it interesting. Maybe a undead pilot to guard the bunker or for some mysterious killings

Idea: french people with baguettes attack the server, and the baguettes are actually lethal.

Idea: "the drowned firefighter" pretty much a firefighter who was on a Water rescue in the Los Santos River, ended up drowning. The firefighter, now a ghost drags any FireFighter/EMS/Police in the vicinity into the water, keeping them under until they drown.

Then whoever did it to them he will stalk till they try to get away and move onto his next member

IDEA: go through a murder court case, be found innocent, then use your double jeopardy protection to show up at the scene of murders and people you killed. See how far it goes. Maybe even pull out one of your serial killer characters to further their story. Remember, you cant be held accountable during double jeopardy unless they see you commit the act.

Idea: A car with legs terrorize the city and it spreads by infecting other cars.
