Create build pipeline in Azure DevOps using Classic Editor: How to create a build pipeline using the classic editor in Azure DevOps?
If you don't know about YAML or do not want to use YAML then creating a build pipeline using the classic approach is the best way. In the classic editor, we do not need to write any code. Instead, we simply have to choose all the steps and arrange them using drag n drop.
