Basically, those 2 standard characters are free because you can get a lot of standard gacha tickets through level rewards and the like. Essentially, you don't need to spend a lot of the main gacha currency (astrites) on those two characters. You can save that for limited characters. It would be even better if you buy the battle pass.

the important thing is, does this novice banner give you 5 star at 50 pulls or gettting it early will mean that you wont get it at 50 pulls?

I'm a little confused I know there's the beginner banner, 40-50 pulls for a 5 star (like HSR) But can you pick which 5 star on that banner? Or is that a separate banner? Or am I misunderstanding everything Lol idk

Assuming my phone can handle the game (I don't have a PC strong enough to run it, it's about 10 years old now lol...need to replace it as soon as I get the free cash for it. I also assume it's nott gonna have a PS4 version either due to how late in the console's life cycle it is so it'll probably be PS5, Series X, maybe even Switch 2 (whatever it'll be called...well Nintendo announced it will be shown off by March 2025 so within the year we'll see the next console) only when it comes to console) I do know that if I don't get her in the beginner pulls I'll be picking the Aero gauntlet healer (not sure of her name lol) from the selector...if I do get her from the beginner though I'll be going after the electric sword dude (I'll be honest not sure about names as I haven't paid too much attention on WuWa cause who knows if I'll be able to play it given my reasoning above...I'll attempt on phone just so I can get the initial release's rewards and do all the events (which if based off Genshin/Star Rail/other gacha we'll never see again so I'd rather not miss those stories) and then once I get a PC I'll swap there (cause I think they're letting cross platform on phone and PC at least if I'm right...no clue what PS5 would do due to Sony's BS policies getting in the way of cross platform most of the time for other games). As for limited characters...I think I'll hold off until 1.2/1.3 when the 2 new leaked/drip marketed girls release (white haired twin tail chick and red/white haired chick...not sure the exact patch they'll come out as 1.0 is missing the black haired chick that has a swan like summon so assuming she's 1.1 and either they're beyond that or later half of 1.2 and one of them's a 4* I guess (only way I assume they can be in 1.1 with that black haired chick)). So with about 240 pulls just in 1.0 I should be able to guarantee both of them by their release in whatever one of those patches they release in (1.0 gives enough to hit 80 2x and gives about another 20 or so pulls after that, assuming you get all the rewards of course (some people won't) so by the middle/end of 1.1 should give more than enough for me limited character plans. Only thing that sucks is based off my past experience with a Kuro game (PGR) the combat will probably be a bit miserable/finicky with the phone's touch controls, throw in jumping too into the mix and it'll likely be even more finicky (we'll if I even get that far of course...phone may just say no even if the play store is saying my phone should be able to run it...if there's graphics setting and the like I'll probably need to drop them to the lowest available settings just ot be safe though). And I don't really intend to be f2p either so I'll probably grab the pulling resource monthly pack every so often (usually these games give a $5 pack that gives pulling resources daily that by the end of the month you get about 25 pulls or so) and at most $100 for each patch series (a patch series is all patches from 1.0 to 2.0, 2.0 to 3.0, etc) once per year (and that's not guaranteed if I don't need it) so throw that in too and limited characters should be fine...granted I won't be putting any money in for at least 2 to 3 weeks or so minimum to see 1. if I like the game (not spending money if I don't like it of course, that'd just be a waste) and 2. if, as mentioned above, my phone can even play the game (fi it can't then it's obvious no money will be spent...by 3 weeks I should know if it'll be an issue if it does work a bit for at least the next few months until i can get a new PC anyway).
