I enjoyed the simplicity and style of this aquascape for my 40 gallon breeder. Although I am not going to keep this look for this build, I may do something similar in a future aquarium setup. All you need is rock and substrate to get a good start. Once everything is laid out, adding substrate between rocks for low-growing and carpeting plants is incredibly easy. Plants such as Dwarf Hairgrass, Monte Carlo, and Dwarf Baby Tears growing in between the rocks would really help emphasize the distant mountain range look.
