Welcome to today's 40 minute full body fusion dumbbell workout! This strength training session combines a variety of exercises to target every major muscle group, ensuring a well rounded and effective workout.
Throughout the session, you'll perform exercises that challenge your muscles in different ways, from heels elevated squats and Bulgarian split squats to bent over rows and plank rows. We’ll finish the workout with an abs focused finisher to help you build a strong, defined core. 🏋️ Equipment: A set of dumbbells and workout mat. For reference only, Dan is using 20 & 30 lb dumbbells; Tiff is using 5 & 10 lb dumbbells.

I got to say I love that Tiff has been doing these videos lately. I had a bike accident and broke my collarbone and have been needing to modify a lot and doing only what I am able to.

I've been sick for a few days and just went back to exercising, this workout was fantastic as I could accommodate the weights to not over do it since my energy is not 100% yet. Loved it!

I've been a fan of this channel for years. I always slow down the playback speed on the cool-down and stretch section to 50% to get some really good long stretching in and I feel like a million bucks after. Keep dong what you are doing! Ya'll should make a yoga/stretching video for rest days.
