I suffering with migraines and this is the workout I use once the migraine session that often lasts for several days ends up to kind of relax my body, release stiffness caused by migraine attack. Now I haven't done any workout for 7 days due to migraine session, triggered by weather changes that lasted for 5 days and ended up at yesterday morning so I didn't wanted any trials because I have experience that the migraine may come back if I don't listen to my body so I waited for today, in knowing I won't finish it to just get my body back to normal relaxed position. So I succeed I made 12 minutes of your latin dance workout + 26 minutes of this one workout and I feel much better! The neck and body stiffness finally almost gone so tomorrow I will do some 75 minutes session again. Thank you for these videos and please continue making new ones. You are helping people to stay in great condition! Sending hugs to you!
@@EleniFit Since you responded to my message I would like to ask for more 75 minutes or 90 minutes sessions cause the 40 and 60 minutes ones are good as well but once you are in a better condition the 75 minutes one is the workout that you can actually feel. I doing your workouts every day for year and half (without migraine days) and yeah my condition has improved a lot. Those first days were masacre though! 😀 Considering what this pilates workouts did to me at the beginning where I was glad I made the first 20 minutes and I was exhausted and now where I don't even feel I did 60 or 75 minutes workout, that's impressive. thank you!! i use ankle & wrist weights and it gets pretty intense, but these are my go-to lunch workouts. When I work from home I can do a quick 30-40 minute workout and still have time to eat !! that way I don't have to wake up early or go to bed late to fit in a workout!!

Eleni you ve really saved me I honestly love your pilates work out you don't know how depressed I ve been since I ve moved to a new country, I had my sister in my home country who was my fitness coach and she she is really amazing but then i had to move due to my work and I didn't find a coach who would be able to identify my needs but miraculously I found you channel and you mesmerized me with your workout routine thank youuu
i loved this workout. last years i have been beating myself up and doing weights and calisthenics and my mucusles are sore and i feel so bad. it's great to do something between i can't say Pilates is easy but it's so good i can see the results just after five days ! it's amazing!

It's a pleasure to work out with you. Although Pilates is not my favorite, I try to do at least once every week and I end up enjoying it so much thanks to your effort!
Today I was going to give up and leave to do the pilates class on Sunday, which would be the rest day. I tried this in the morning after walking around for a while and it was terrible, it took me 9 minutes, I'm on the second day of my period and in pain. But after an afternoon nap I decided to try again, I really wanted Sunday to be rest, I know I shouldn't push my body like that, but these classes have become a kind of therapy for me, I feel good moving my body and I like to be active. The beginning was very difficult, but unlike in the morning I was stronger and more rested, I managed to complete the class and I almost cried, I'm a little scared of pilates, before I really liked it but now it's become very challenging, I'm going to try change that thinking. Today I found out that I am stronger than I imagine, and that if I stop for a while, breathe and rest, it works! Movement is also self-knowledge, good luck on this journey to all, you are stronger than you can imagine and you can! 🤸🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️🙌🏻🙏🏻✨💜
You are absolutely right about not pushing yourself too hard. Sometimes rest is essential before you try again. I was extremely poor in my balance and coordinatinon and every time I tried Pilates/Yoga I felt so useless lol, but after several times I always managed to do moves that I couldn't. Do not worry if you can't do certain moves, always pause, breathe and rest before trying again. We're all stronger than we think.
Your Pilates workouts are my favorite! To mix things up, I would love to see a few 10-20 minute slow and controlled workouts (not HIIT) with medium (5-8 pound weights).
