Hey Eleni I and many of your followers want you to post more of 50 to 60 min workouts. I’ve literally done all of your 60 min workouts and I want more of them to come out❤. Love your workouts so much
@@soph_tatYup, I do the same, it allows me to combine full-body workouts with those focused on certain muscle groups. I often also combine 30’ workouts with several short ones, which are usually very concentrated and you really feel the burn.
JUST when I think you have outdone yourself, you come with something fresher and even MORE exciting. My body hurt so good after this AMAZING flow. YOU ARE THE BEST!!
Love this workout, had to modify some exercises due to reduced hip and shoulder mobility (old injury) but pushed me too! Would love some workouts concentrating on hip mobility, please! ❤

If only my core and obliques were stronger I'd be able to do sit ups better. Your movements are just beautiful - slow and controlled. This is how Pilates should be! We love you 😘💕

What an awesome work out! I had really painful and tired body whole week… i think stretching for flexibility is better than yoga so i tried…you know my whole body was really flexible feels..!!! Awesome..please please make more pilates and flexibility workout!! Love !!! Thank you!❤
Hi Eleni. Pilates is not easy for people like me who never attempted these type of exercises when they were younger. I'm sure we can all benefit no matter our age. I certainly feel I move better after taking your class, and feel I have more energy.

This made me sweat a tiny bit and that was surprising. I enjoyed working on my flexibility coz I’m a little sore from the gym. Side stretch with one leg extended to lifting up that same leg in a seated position was my favourite move.

already did eleni's other 30-min workout before this and i would say i was having fun until that move at 17:15. omg my legs were trembling!! 😂 but i managed to get through it 💪😌
