40 MIN STANDING STRENGTH WORKOUT | Pyramid Strength Training | No Jumping

Short on time, space or equipment? This high intensity strength workout only requires 1 set of dumbbells and delivers a killer sweat session in under 40 minutes.
You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 7kg/15Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
How it’s done: Perform exercise 1 for 30 seconds then rest 30 seconds; then exercise 1 + 2, rest 30 seconds and so on until you complete moves 1-7. Move back down the pyramid in reverse order, dropping off exercise 1, then exercise 2, then exercise 3 and so on to complete a 32 minute workout up and down the pyramid. For the finisher complete each exercise for 30 seconds work/10 secs rest

I’m 66 and love weight and kettlebell workouts. I have tried a number of your workouts and really like the pyramid ones. Just finished this standing pyramid weight format and absolutely loved it. It’s my new favorite.

It has been a while since I did some serious weight training. Leg and back issues. But this one was exactly what I needed. All standing and no jumping!! I chose a weight that was manageable but still a bit of a challenge. I love ❤️ love ❤️ love 💕 this format❤❤❤. I worked up a good sweat 😢and totally enjoyed it. No getting up and down on the floor and no jumping which is great for my knees. I know you’ve got to cater for all groups but, man I appreciate these kinds of workouts!! Keep ‘em coming. ONCE AGAIN YOUR WORKOUT WAS ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL! Thank you so much for the effort you put in to making your content. I love when you say it is a 30 minute workout that it actually is. Sometimes I go to other channels (not very often) and they do so much talking that the workout is much shorter than stated.... On another note...you look fabulous!

Incredible work out, I’ve never seen anything like this and I love the idea it’s just one sequence for the entire work out. I also love the all standing format, I did this with a weight vest and 25 pounds, and it was tougher than any other workout. I’ve done, and I have finished all the CG and HR workouts. Thank you so much for something completely unique.

This was a good workout, Penny! It was tough, but funnily enough, makes you feel like you are gaining momentum again as you revert to going back down the pyramid to get to the last exercise. ❤Crazy me upped my weight towards the end. That was a good challenge.
