do ANY of them show lighting a candle to keep a flame going while you wait for the fire to take hold and be self supporting in say heavy rain ... or snow .. or wind ... if NOT then there should be a video about doing JUST that ... light a match light a candle ... and keep it sheltered to stay lit ... then one match can light many things .. from a fire pit stove or lantern and on up ...

Yeah, whoa, I thought they looked so close to the flame, but they were doing fine. A lot of times when camping, that's the first thing you do..even before eating breakfast, put everything up on a line or branch🙂 to dry the dew off.

Hey man, big fan of yours. Started to look into bushcraft recently. I fish alot, started hunting few years back, and my background is from constructions, so felt pretty natural to lean towards something like that. Curently gathering some gear for upcoming summer/fall. Lithuanian, living in sweden. So im keen to try both flatlands of lithuania, and swedish rocky forests. Keep up the work you do Cheers!

I tried to apply many techniques i learned in this channel last time I went camping, but man, at least in the area that u went camping here in Mexico, that harder wood is so much harder to process. Seeing how the wood just strips away like play dough here makes it look so easy.

You kno I gotta be honest I don’t do any outdoor stuff not in a long time anyway When I was a kid I’m sure But I like watching and learning that in the event I’m in a situation of survival that even if just one thing I seen you do I’d be able to remember it which actually I’m aware of a few things and even more aware of even more with your videos It is my hope that one day I can find the time and also someone to do some kind of outdoors stuff similar Love the videos mike You and pops are why I watch y’all are good people Exactly (in my opinion anyway) what a father and son should be Seeing you laugh at dad making jokes just brings joy to my heart
