WyoSports senior editor Robert Gagliardi throws some rapid-fire questions at University of Wyoming redshirt sophomore quarterback Josh Allen during this week's 40-yard Dash segment.
@@cdub4693 you sound dumb. Same could be said about Josh Allen if he ended up with Andy Reid in KC then . Mahomes wouldn't be the player that he is today if he ended up in Buffalo with Sean McDermott, just like Josh Allen wouldn't be the same player he is today had he ended up in KC, he'd be the one with the rings.
No, not without Andy Reid as the coach. Plus Mahomes was considered a fringe 1st round prospect and it was a surprise when the Chiefs picked him so early
He continues to be the SAME guy…authentic, down-to-Earth, generous with his time, committed to always getting better….The Bills and Bills Mafia won the lottery when Josh arrived in Western New York . Hell…the NFL won the lottery having such a decent, talented, great human being as one of its faces. Josh is easy to root for.
I'm a Chiefs and Mahomes fan. This is great content seeing our number 1 rival in his early days. Much love for Allen he's a great athlete and always a game when we play buffalo.
@@kane6529 if joe burrow didnt have tee higgins or chase allen is more capable of carrying his team to the playoffs than joe burrow. hes already done it once
Where was Burrow, again? The best player trait, is availability. Josh hasn't missed a game in years, and he played with an injured elbom last season and bad shoulder this season. Burrow, has two WR1s. great defense, kicker. Allen would have at least 1 SB with that team. #1 he's available. 😂
Wish I was still in Buffalo. I left after I graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 2012. I was always a Giants fan as I was raised on LI but I’ve always rooted for the Bills no matter what unless they’re playing the Giants. That town bleeds the Bills and Sabres.
Too bad Brett Smith, a really good QB at Wyoming right before Josh Allen arrived, never got a fair shot in the NFL. Brett Smith was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted rookie the May 2014. But he was cut a couple weeks later In late May 2014. Brett Smith's playstyle was very similar to Josh Allen's.
He transferred from a small school Community College to University of Wyoming; his Wyoming college stats were god awfully awful he threw more interceptions than touchdowns and threw for less than 2000 yards one or two seasons; I couldn’t believe, or understand why he was drafted # 7 overall because his college career stats were so poor and terrible overall must’ve been the arm strength, size etc.
I don't know much about Josh Allen, but had to look up what you mentioned. You're just flat wrong or lying. At Wyoming, he threw 44 touchdowns and 21 interceptions. In his Junior year, he threw for 3,200 yards. In his senior year, he threw for 1,800 yards. As someone who is supposedly "AlphaMaleMidwesterner", it's very un-alpha and un-midwestern of you to be so wrong.
@@nicksavov5027 I googled his Wyoming passing stats; Remember I said Senior year or Junior year again Senior or Junior year Dumb Ass, Moron; I’m referring to his Senior year. Dummy his Stats were ATROCIOUS! over 1,800 ? yds passing and threw less touchdowns and more interceptions statistically that’s terrible and that’s not first round quarterback material that’s more like a wishbone offense or running team quarterback stats from the 70’s, 80’s Oklahoma or Nebraska, Army or Navy football 🏈 running team offense. I still think that Josh’s college stats weren’t impressive enough to be a first round pick in 2018. You seriously have to read comments like mine more carefully before commenting back saying that I’’m incorrect because I’m not incorrect; I’m not a Bills fan or Josh Allen.
He killed it at Wyoming. Trust me, I was at every home game. He carried the offense on his back his junior year. All the skill guys left for the NFL. Still won a bowl game.
@@dustinh818 Why then was Josh Allen terrible during his senior year and his Stats passing were “ATROCIOUS” and “GOD AWFUL” 1,800 passing yds and threw more interceptions than touchdowns passes or did he miss any games due to injuries his senior year.
@@AlphaMaleMidwesterner It was his Junior year. (His last year) he lost his center, running back, tight end and #1 receiver to the NFL. He was literally all the offense. He damn near killed himself trying to make stuff happen. Still went to a bowl game and won. The guy gave and left every ounce of himself on the field. Then went and took pictures with the kids after the game. The guy is special. Wyoming's defense was special his junior year and held every game close.
@@nate1mizzouClueless much, Allen 3-3 with Mahomes regular season his coach and team let him down in 2 playoff games with the chiefs, Mahomes didn't beat him they did but you keep commenting 😂😂😂😂
@@nate1mizzou ok you moron your reading comprehension skills 3rd grade,? Allen had Mahomes beat in KC his coach chocked and couldn't hold a lead for 13 seconds, last game kicker missed a chip shot for a tie , Mahomes didn't beat Allen his coach and team did 😂😂😂 i
JA17 has brought a new era to Buffalo and it’s amazing. Born in 95, Allen is my Kelly.. and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Improvisational monster and a genuinely good guy. Go Bills
