When you are going through and sending new listings. How do you avoid sending multiple listings to the same person as you go through that list. I ask because what if multiple properties show up that fit the same persons criteria for 10 plus homes that day? I do not want to send them 10 texts to the same person in the matter of an hour as i assume that a bit overboard. I am in a market where more than 10 properties that match someones criteria can show up the same day.
