It seems like the prices on the majority of items at antique shows are quite pricey, with a few exceptions. I wonder if these vendors actually sell the majority of their things?

Paper Bats not old….brown children’s shoes are old, nice, but way over priced. $45 -60 tops.

I can’t believe dealers are not wrapping your purchases and giving you a shopping bag. Never seen that at an antique show.

The Suffolk Art League held its 40th Annual Antique Show and Sale at Kings Fork Middle School in Suffolk Virginia on February 24-25, 2024. It's held annually, so you should definitely go next year! 🌻

Of course! My mum is a talented primitive folk artist specializing in handmade dolls that wear old baby shoes. You can see her work in publications such as Prims Magazine, Mercantile Gatherings, and Folk Magazine. You can also shop her creations on her Etsy shop, Bittersweetfolkartt 😀
