All said and done what did something like this building costs you to build please come and back with the heated floors to gravel the rock concrete concrete everything please comment back would love to know looking looking to purchase a piece of property and build something like this just wondering what I am looking to to invest in Thank you very much for this video I hope you comment back thank you again
I’m not real comfortable providing a price. This is a personal shop and I did a lot of the work myself. The prices would not be accurate to what it would cost to have one built. I recommend going to a local company and having them provide a quote.
I’m not sure how large the holes were. What ever size the auger was. They put a cement paver in the bottom of the hole and a bag of cement around the post.
@@garrettworks346 ahhh ok. Im hearing 24” holes with the paver or cookie at bottom. Then either backfill with all crete or drainage rock. Just wondering. Not sure if i want to build on a full pier or bury the post yet.
