Thank-you! She was also dressed like she was taking a run to the grocery store..strange hostess..also i didn't miss when she announced Cait as the star of the show..Sam and Cait are the stars...especially Sam
@@rossg9361 I think he didn't even realised that the words came out of his mouth... Like sometimes we have an out of body experience. Yeah, like he was just thinking about how stupid the question was and this was going through his head, not realising that he was vocalising it too. 😂 And the shocked reaction of Sophie Skelton, Richard Rankin and Catriona Balfe added some fun into the mix. 😜
The host seems like she secretly hates the show......wow, she's the worst! The cast didn't let her stupidity get to them.....it seem like they laughed her off. Good for them.....
In the 3rd book, Jaime states that he feels he should be in purgatory because he has lied, cheated, and committed murder. I have more of an issue about him being called an absentee father. He had to give up both of his living children for their overall well-being, even though it killed him to do so. He ended up being a father and father figure to multiple children who were not his. That, to me, is completely opposite from an absentee father. An absentee father is one who does not want to be involved in his children's lives because he is selfish, not one who unselfishly chooses to allow them to be raised by others in order for them to survive.
Azul Mar interestingly, the characters of Jamie and Claire and others in the books are not exactly the same as those in the tv drama. The same is true of Hamlet in a film. In the tv show Outlander there is no evidence of Jamie committing murder that i can remember.
I hope The producers find a better love interest for Brianna. Richard just doesn't have the dynamic sex appeal that the show needs and makes people want to tune in and watch. Jamie and Claire's sex appeal and attraction dynamics of the relationship are what makes the show successful and it would be nice to have more romance come for Brianna but it needs to be a new character. Richard's character reminds me of Frank just not a lot of appeal other than being sweet and long-suffering
I found the host strange as well. Also how she addressed the questions to Sam...using the word murderer...a strong word.Jamie killed but in self defense or war. So glad Sam gave it back to her. Also everyone was dressed in formal attire and the host was dressed in a bomber jacket and loafers! LOL! Where did they find her with all the beautiful well-mannered people in Savannah.
Cait is the star because Claire is the main character, the story is mostly her point of view. Sam has more fans and he is great but so is Cait :) But the host wasn’t good and kinda made Ron reveal things about what’s to come later on the show...
annnamoi Diane Galbaldon has stated many times that Outlander is Jamie's story. If Sam left the show it would be impossible to replace him. I can think of several actresses that could play Claire...Eva Green for example. I wouldn't miss Cait at all.
Sam and Catriona were almost mad and cold, between them something going on there ,he turned his back on her!and rarely looked at her!i beleive he feels strong enough now that his a big succesor, to take his revenge on her for engaging that man...!he's gonna be cruel to her he plays his role well!
Watched this twice, the interviewer was confronting, seemed to ask questions geared to embarrass Sam Heughan and plainly favoured Catriona Balfe"the star", who distanced herself not only from the group physically but kept quiet when Sam Heughan was obviously lost for words, sad when she had interviewed stating they always had each other's back, clearly not this time, got to love Sam Heughans come back though
So, when Cait answers, you attack her for not allowing him to speak and when she doesn't you still criticize her. She can't win with you. Sam is usually incoherent. It's about time he learns how to talk about a character he's been playing for almost 6 years. Go after him not her, it wasn't her question to answer! The misogyny in this predominantly female fandom is astounding!
