Meditation is a process of lightening up manifestation.guide of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves.

I've been meditating well over 5 years now and I cant explain the way it changed me. If everybody meditated there wouldn't be any hate in this world. Because if you TRULY want to be enlightened and feel the full effects of meditation then you have to let go of all hate. You cant do both. HOW wonderful would this world be?

The music is quite angelic and extremely peaceful. The water flow is a reminder of energy flowing through us forever and unlimited if we choose to believe it. Give into the light and let go of all negative things and forgive the past transgressions as it will bring you to exactly where the angels roam. 2018 has been a very tough year for me filled with fear, anxiety, uncertainty, betrayals, attacks and health issues for my husband- we have just smudged our home asking for, peace, healing, a heart filled with abundance trust and love - If anyone has harmed me in any way, either knowingly or unknowingly through their own confusions, I forgive them. If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

I kept seeing the number #222, the actual time of the fire ( and similar to the time on this video.) I moved into a new place, and started a brand new life. Chris Topher It is this kind of belief that is behind so much of the suffering that's on this planet. God does not judge. Only people do. And they interpret as "the word of God" what has never been the truth anyway. People, everyone who is reading the comment above, do not believe it. It is not true. And it has never been true. I never comment on statements like that because everyone is free to believe whatever they want to believe and also because you cannot invite a close-minded person to hear something different and consider it. So my response is not to him, but to those reading the comment. These un-human demands NEVER ever came from the Divine. The DIvine loves unconditionally, does not judge and forgives everything, forgives it even before it takes place... it's only people, certain people, who do not.

I’ve been listening to this and a few other videos and can confidently say that it works. When you begin to let go of doubt and negative emotions and only radiate love and positivity, our lives begin to change. Although making new friends was my intention, I’ve even gotten confessions from other people.

Thank you soul. This one is brilliant. The 432 Hz ones are truly magical. It feels the most balancing and natural. It comes from the deepest point of our hearts, from the deepest point of our beeing. The first 5 seconds of this video, help me understand the two lites I follow when I'm guided through the electric blue / purple tunnels I've seen amazing things while meditating perfect metallic shapes I pull my eyes back and I pull through them when I complete them rainbows of lite shine quick around my third eye dot that I see when my eyes are open and closed. Healing Is amazing.

I have to say I felt called to play a high vibe video today, in my room to energertically project into my whole home. I did this because i was having so much trouble with my roommate. I have had trouble for the whole time, but I randomly for the first time wanted to play this high vibe music and play it here. I didnt make the connection right away, but today when i got home, she gave me notice to move out. (i played the music very quite) this is truly a miracle!!!
