I've been coming back to this video for almost a year. My mother passed away in September & I played this for her in the hospital to help calm her mind in hopes that it would manifest in a lower blood pressure. Although she didn't survive I could tell that the sounds soothed her & allowed her to rest her mind. Thats enough to be grateful for.

I struggle with anxiety and insomnia. I have not slept pass 4 hours (those hours are interrupted) in over 12 years despite medical tests, lifestyle changes. I went to my first sound bath on October 2, 2021. I got tickets back in 2020 and then everything closed. It was at a wolf sanctuary. It was the most incredible thing I have experienced. We were able to meet with wolves, meets the pack and at the end they did a sound bath with the wolves. They loved it! They all were howling in unison and after about 10 minutes they were all passed out next to us. They were so beyond relaxed and so were the people that went. It was the most beautiful experience. I’m so glad I was able to be a part of it. It was with the APEX protection project. I’m going to start volunteering! 🥰🥰

My son 6 almost 7 and is autistic. He ran into my room when this started playing. He started imitating meditation positions, so I continued with him. He sat for almost 10 minutes! Which is Amazing! He's sat with me before but never longer than a couple of minutes.

I now just go with it - but I will play these sounds and close my eyes. It often puts me in a half-awake state for another couple hours, enough to help me feel refreshed. I found amazing results in my sleep by taking magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate and I am so grateful 🙏 I learned that a lot of our deficiencies are from our tired soil from over factory farming and magnesium is a big one

I just got out of hospital a few days ago from being assaulted while pregnant. I'm still battling pregnancy symptoms and body recovery. Cant sleep. Thank you for this healing because its soothing and comforting.

I wonder if this will work for thunderstorms for my dog. He absolutely can't stand them and is always shaking and inconsolable until it's over. I thought he would grow out of it but no, he's 11 years old this December and still cowers and shakes at them.

This is the second time I've listened to this. My head been all over the place the last week thinking about my husbands suicide. Havnt been able to sleep not even with strong sleeping pills. But this calms me. Thankyou brother for helping me feel peace.
I did a full moon ritual that included a spiritual bath and meditation. I played this the whole time and it really helped me. I meditated with lapis lazuli stone and I felt and saw myself as a bright blue glowing light. I’ve never been able to meditate to the point where I saw myself and felt as if I could actually “feel” color. Idk how to explain it but I thank you for this video.

That's how I try to live. I loved my mother, but sometimes....it was hard. I just know how I felt in certain situations so I don't treat my own children that way.

I dint exactly what you went through but be careful, trying to be the opposite or avoid the past may create new or worse probelms. Often trauma once healed makes you stronger in some area and can be a blessing in disguise. “Never tear down a fence without knowing why it was put up”. Look into your trauma as gained experience or a super power 😁 ✌🏿 ☯️

I have had a very tough time these past few months from accepting my friend was dead, coming out of the broom closet, my depression only getting worse, my parents separation, but the most painful being losing the man I loved most. I have been losing sleep since this quarantine staying up all night (as I have tonight), and thinking about how I a person brought to this planet as a healer could heal if I was so broken. This may sound stupid to some but hearing this helped balance and heal my chakra. I feel strangely at peace. Something I haven't felt for a long time. Thank you. Blessed Be

I am in advanced heart failure. After listening to this with my crystal stones on my body, I feel pretty okay. Saying I feel great is a stretch in the July humidity, but I definitely feel better in spirit.
I went to a singing bowl sound bath, a few months back. It was fabulous, because I could feel the vibrations going through my body. When you are there in person, the vibrations from the bowls, can actually break up knots that are causing pain in your body. It was a wonderful experience. I will be doing it again, soon.
Yeah I was just in a sound bath for a school shooting recovery on Wednesday and it was amazing! The person let us try the instruments as well and the vibration from the bowl really felt soothing.
I haven’t meditated in over 3 years. I lost myself to my depression and drinking. They have not been the greatest years. Lately ive been experiencing anxiety and i decided it was time to reconnect with myself. I shed tears unconsciously and i feel lighter and less anxious. Stressed, Tired, sick, and hurting, I sought healing through the singing of bowls. I kept coming back to this video and it heals me each time. I now medicate to it when I am low or seeking clear thoughts. I use it when manifesting my gratefulness and joy. Love, Light, Peace
It’s incredible how closing your eyes and listening to soundbowls can completely change your energy… you can go from being mad, stressed, frustrated, to complete calmness. Take it a step further and imagine positive images/ experiences and then before you know it, your beyond calm.
Nobody shold live without a pet. Dogs and cats react to these lovely sounds. Why do you think this is so, unless they are experiencing something that awakens them to beauty? They know so much more than we do.
I just started meditating towards the end of last year. I have high anxiety as I work in healthcare. It has helped me so much. I found this thus morning and started meditating, I then painted some of my visions of my meditations, focused on things that make me happy and I have been feeling so good. I never heard of sound baths until a coworker mentioned it to me. Me and my husband have been trying to conceive a baby and it hasn't been easy. Still on the journey. Listening to this tears flowed down my cheeks as God reveals things to me about becoming pregnant. My spirit is starting to align and I'm so grateful for this sound bath online. I’m 16 and pregnant with no job and my babydaddy gangbangs and also has no job. I had been abusing drugs prior to finding out I was one month pregnant and I had so much anxiety because of all the thoughts and the scary things that might happen in the future and was in pain mentally and physically but this really helped me out and relaxed me a lot.
