One should always close the lid to the toilet before flushing. That will prevent the spray of any contamination. Also-keep the lid down all the time! It looks better and there won’t be the male vs female discussion about whether the seat should be left up or down.
Attaching things to the inside of cabinet doors only works if they are flat. Anything else is going to interfere with the operation and closing of the door and the items inside the cabinet. Also, screwing stuff to cabinets can ruin them.
When you mount things to the back of cabinet doors you will have to remove things from inside the cabinet, to be able to close the door with all the hanging items... Also, the weight of a rack will wear on the hinges. To much weight and your cabinet doors will begin to sag... Why not just let the rack stand inside the cabinet.
For my toothbrush since Im poor and a neat freak, I use 3 binder clips to hold my tooth brush. I attach 2 binder clips to 1 binder clip (it forms a V shape). Then I lay it side ways where I can lay my tooth brush bristles down between the clips without it touching the shelf. So its in my cabinet away from dirt/bacteria and its not touching anything. It can fit 2 brushes.
My favourite is the chain for coat hangers. A few years ago, I bought some plastic spacers, five or six holes for hangers, and a big hook to go over the rail in the wardrobe. I was very pleased with them, till a few weeks ago, when I found my clothes in a heap on the wardrobe floor. Just need to find some metal chains!
Some nice ideas but like other comments have said, some only do able if you have a woodworking workshop with all the tools... Still, some really simple and nice ideas as well
I really wanted to know about the serial no.1 product And the link as to where to get it from.....but unfortunately its not mentioned in the description box !😫😭 Can anyone pls help!?
Esta Weiss You have to circumvent around that and become creative by using storage items, racks, self-adhesive hooks, contact paper, removable wall paper, hangers, curtains etc. I'm talking past organization too but if you are not allowed to paint, etc. Watch videos of people who rent, you'll see how creative they get around these issues. Ask your landlord, they may surprise you, then change things back when you move, if not, just get creative. Good luck.
"Command" hooks have gotten much better in quality, they really can help. Also , spring-loaded tension rods can go vertically between floor and cieling, if you put up a pair you can then thread pre-cut pieces of pvc pipe on them, and connect or rest horizontal supports between them. Or ask at Lowe's or a similar store for things to help. There are many people in just your situation, and manufacturers have been designing products for that market.
To me it sounded like "This is My place, move your stuff out already." I guess that's what your girlfriend hears. Maybe you could find a place together with room for both of you to have your things.
Tension bars and 3M "Command" adhesive strips can hold a lot of things in place. Just be sure to read the "suggested weight" recommendations carefully.
Yeah except some of us have been through shortage or seen what happens when you can't get groceries for whatever reason and keep canned goods for long term storage. Just be smart about what canned stuff you buy and know what's in it.
Summa Not really. Only use what you need. All work. Yes, watch the weight. Love tension rods and shoe pockets. There is always a way to get a handyman, try church, neighbors, relative, friends, a teenager.
42 is terrible idea. Damaging the cabinet. Also the brush is touching the Wood, thats contamination when it's already been in your mouth. Ew! Engineers design tooth brush holders to keep the bristles from touching anything in the bathroom between use. Its just common sense.
Stupid...never attach anything to the inside of cabinet doors. They are not designed to carry the load of any more than that of the door. It’ll end up costing you more in the long run.
My old ones are gone not going to drill holes in the new ones. The one I had small garbage bin attached to the door fell off and broke. It's the open and closing of it 100 times a day. Some people rest themselves on the top of the cabinet door to get a pan out of the bottom. That weight eventually gives and makes the door fall off.
