Finally another LIVE workout on RU-vid! .. and the LONGEST one ever! / Werbung
The main focus is on Booty (2nd part of the workout is a KILLER), but we start off with an intense Ab Routine, to fire up our baby sixpack as well :) secondary muscles are thighs and overall core strength.
I talk you through the exercises & give you little tips on how to train your booty and abs more effectively. Sweating together is easier than being all alone haha!
We start with "15min Sixpack", continue with "10min Glute Activation" (grab a booty band if you have one), followed by "10min Legs + Fat Burn" aaaand we will slow down with a 5min Stretch. You can also do those videos separately on my channel!
▸ Equipment: if you have a booty band, you can use it :) If you don't have one, don't worry! Otherwise you only need a soft surface (like a yoga mag or soft towel)

Aislinn Sutherland Didn’t have shocking results coz I didn’t control my meals . But it is still worth following her workout plans coz my stamina gets better and now my weight is in stable range . I stop workout as for now coz I become lazy . U can do this and there are tons of body transformation results ( u can check via hashtags on Instagram ) . Fighting ^^

idk if you’re gonna see this pam but would you consider making more 40-50 min live workouts like this? Never stop working out. Instead of jumping you can do it in an easier way. I can't do the side squats cause I can't find the right position that quick so it just hurts my knees and doesn't make my muscles stronger. So I'm just doing normal squats. But never stop working out 💪🏼☺️

1 week so far and I’m feeling changes in the boot mainly. Muscles waking up. Also the breaks are aprox the same amount but shorter for sure.

Okay... 2nd week I did it once and now doing again the 3rd week. I regret it a little but I didn’t loose too much progress which is surprising but good :) means I had a lot of progress the first week. Third week going good. Still don’t fully get the ... updoctor? Booty exercise. Liking it all so far!

actually i do your work out every single day. first time i tried it was actually hard for me to bear my body. Cause i feels like i get to lack of body moves. Day by day it gets better and change my body as well. just believe you can do it whatever it is. Work out is beautiful thing i have ever met.It gives me sooo much pleasure, brave, self-confident and even it influences that making decision with my every life moves.The most important thing is that u probably know it ' it was big encourage for human being. I love it. Thank you beauty

I can't believe I got through your workout plan with only a 1:30 breaks in between workout videos. I'm so proud of myself!! If I told myself I would be able to make it through a 45 minute live workout by you when you first started to upload live workouts, I wouldn't have believed it. I believe it is a lot harder where you live.... plenty of oxygen where I am, I live in the Netherlands at 5 metres below sea level.

I absolutely love this routine! I am planning to make it a regular part of my workout; however, I need a quarantine-friendly-I-live-on-the-fourth-floor version. I workout in the early morning, and I cannot say my neighbors are the early-bird type.

@@AlilishSuki good luck! This video is three of her shorter workouts back to back, so you can try the sections individually, or just do whatever you have time and energy for. My favourite of her videos is "12 minute happy sweat workout" (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-06cwQlikBEA.html), but it's fairly intense :-)

After all the pain and sweating, the most wonderful thing is the moment when you finish the workout so proud of yourself. Thank you Pamela for giving us motivation and helping us to reach our goals with your videos. I keep doing your exercises every day- 2 exercises of 10-15 minutes a day or one this way long and I see results.😊

My first workout back after having my baby 8 weeks ago - skipped the jumping bits (not cleared for those yet!) but managed pretty much everything else, not perfect form but pretty pleased with my effort :)

I would just like to thank you. I have had two kids and I am an avid runner doing 20km in two hours but your workouts have toned me so much. I was always fit but that last bit of weight was tough
