Starting with my "2in1 Workout" and finishing with the "10min Ab Workout". No Squats and no jumps included - but don't worry, that doesn't mean this session is less intense!
You can also find those workouts separately on my Channel, if you prefer the "non talking" Version haha. By the way: this is DAY 6, Week 2 of my free Home Workout Schedules (you can find them on my Instagram).
This Live Session involves talking, tips to make the exercises extra effective and my brother Dennis as a motivator behind the camera. I'm also stuck at home, so we are going to be in our living room again :)

Hermit crab yes they are SO effective. I am naturally veryyyy skinny fat (just how I was born) and her workouts are the first to help me not only feel confident, but lose weight. I’m only on like my third or fourth week and let me tell you I feel AMAZING

I was there once as well, sweating and chugging, but after a few of them, I noticed today I was doing it as effortless as she! That was a huge surprise. So the key is basically to do it. :D

The missions ,what you have to do to become a great and strong body: 1. Do one of her workouts videos every day. 2. When you do the exercises, don’t cheat, you have to do a big effort. 3. Eat normal and I promise you that just in 1 month you will see results. 4. NEVER GIVE UP! 🔥💪🏼🔥

Her videos when she doesn't talk make her tutorials unique. It makes exercising fun. Time flies. I exercise early on the morning and I definitely don't want to hear anyone talking. What is there to explain - it is pretty intuitive. Thanks to her I lost 7 kg and came into my lifes form. Thanks a lot. Great work, that helps a lot of people.

I like the fact that Pamela explains which muscle is engaged and how to feel the contraction. It is definitely beneficial for beginners! Caught myself doing a few poses wrong because of that. Thank you for the great content Pam! Hope that one day I will be as strong as you.

Pamela talking through the workout is a hundred times better than the normal video format...not that I don't like the normal ones because I do, they help me focus more but this kind of video makes me remember she's human too and not some external being who looks that freakin graceful and beautiful while working out.

when you do pamela reif workouts for the first time you think oh my god how am i supposed to keep going! but if you do it regularly it gets easier and you feel fitter and stronger

Whenever I have to do an exercise like toe taps or flutter kicks, I lay on my back with my legs straight up (forming a 90 degrees angle). Then, keeping my back on the ground, I lower my legs as far as I can without raising my back. Then I do the exercise from that point. My core sucks, is the only way to do abs effectively without destroying my back!

Well after 2 months of doing her ab workouts, I now don't cry anymore after the sessions :) the workouts have definitely worked for me as my abs are much stronger now. Thank you Pammy!

I might be alone in this, but I LOVE the description of each workout, she explains what she’s doing and how it should be done. She gives advice for every workout and then SHOWS you a slightly different way of doing it if your a beginner or have lower back issues (like me). I wish she did more workouts like this where she describes what she’s doing. ❤️ Pamela has become a huge inspiration in my weight loss journey. ❤️
