Wow that was honestly one of the best full body strength work outs I have done. Truly hit every muscle. Definitely will be doing this one again! Thank you!

I did this one before work this morning and I think this workout HAS to be one of your toughest ones, because you don't allow much for recovery between moves. I told my husband I did this one today and he said, "awwww...you did that without me?" ;) Thought you would enjoy hearing this!

This was amazing! I love the fact that I worked on my thighs and my arms in one! I did that burpee challenge easily!

Hi,Michelle!! This one was hard but felt so refreshed after ,. I like using heavy weights( as much as I can at home ) doing less rep and hitting different part of muscle . Thank you so much for another great weight training!! Just ❤️ur workouts!!💪💪

Looks great except for burpees. I can't do them anymore due to too many problems with my lower back. I will have to modify those.
