When we travel, we also don't focus on the food -- just the cultural experience. We stay away from "all you can eat buffets" and don't wear stretchy pants. We start out with a nice breakfast at the hotel that is included in the price, bring Atkins snack/meal bars with us "just in case" for lunch, and have a healthy light dinner -- early bird specials. I bring exercise bands and do various routines in my hotel room. TY for your sage advice.
