I just googled the underside of the 2012 camaro and there should be a plastic guard on the bottom from the bumper to the transmission. either the owner or someone took it off. it would explain the surface rust on the frame under the engine.
My dad had a Camaro with a split bumper back in the day (1970ish). Good memories. It was my first intro to a really cool muscle car (along with my mom who had a firebird). Cant believe that it's been around for more the 45yrs. This guy looks like a beefed up toy though. Thanks for the vid! I 👌
Excellent review, hard to believe that car has the mileage it has on it. I have a 2015 Camaro SS. Absolutely love it. Every time I drive it , it always makes me smile. Noticed the New Hampshire plates on your car. Just got back from bike week. Absolutely beautiful roads.
Nice review.... These cars are based on the Zeta platform developed here in Melbourne Australia for the VE Commodore / Pontiac G8. We never got the Camaro unfortunately but I think they look great.
I work at the Chrysler plant in Brampton Ontario that builds the Challengers.(we also build Chargers & 300's). The Challenger is available with a 6 speed standard trans. but I'm guessing 95% are ordered with the auto.

My videos of customers cars are loyal customers and won't mind. Every one I've done the owners are thrilled with being able to see their cars reviewed even after selling them.
