Was thinking of fitting my upper unit to the wall and adding a nice wood worktop to allow me to move the bottom cabinet as needed

How's the cabinet aged up to now?

I'm doing shadow cardboard on mine to test out how this will work for me. I'll use the PU floor underlay not expensive shadowfoam

Just add 1/4 ply or Wainscot panelling tongue and groove pine to the bottom of the drawer. Sticking this down will absorb the tinny noises too. Not done mine yet

Hi, this is the second video of an SGS rolling tool cabinet showing poor workmanship, design and finish. Thin sheet metal and finish unable to stand up to the rigours of intended use. The other video showed the castors twisting under the weight of the cabinet and tools, they are mounted only to thin sheet metal, same goes to the long handle for moving the cabinet. Very disappointing. Thanks for the video it has helped me eliminate SGS from my choices for a new cabinet.

Was thinking of adding a tilt towards the back so drawers auto close, not sure if it's going to work. Not done it yet

They are £1065 ish now I got a return for £800 with damage included for free on way now maybe delivery mite add some scratches too

Think moulded plug could easily be straightened gently

Take photos of each drawer too once organised

More than half the weight removed when you take out the drawers. It's an easy way if organising drawers too

Spray some grease into the lock sliders from time to time

Just remove the drawers to move and lift toolboxes
