I am from Kasauli. This project is Highly overpriced at 5.8 Cr. You can easily buy same sized piece of land in a much better location for less than 1 Cr(inclusive of commercial Construction Fee to be paid for an outside buyer) and the construction+Furnishing won’t cost you more than 1.5cr.

@@Michael-TheArchAngel Yes, but there are some of guidelines and restrictions. As an outsider, you can buy roadside commercial land auctioned by Municipal Corporation, use a part of that land (i.e. ground floor or front) for commercial construction such as shop or paid parking and then use upper floors or backside for residential construction.
