You can't get any vro.. Laws are strict here.. If you are a girl and marry a himachali then you can have Himachals citizenship.. Previously there was rule if you work in himachal for 25+ years than too you can apply for citizenship of himachal ( but i think due to tidious process they cancelled it)..
