"What is the 8-Fold Path?"
The Eightfold Path, a core component of dharma practice, can be understood as a comprehensive guide to living a more enlightened and harmonious life.
The aspects of the Eightfold Path interconnect, forming a holistic approach to dharma practice that facilitates personal transformation and a more compassionate, mindful, and ethical way of life.
By following this path, you will gradually transform your mind and behaviors, resulting in greater wisdom, compassion, and inner peace. With these changes, you can navigate life's challenges more skillfully and reduce suffering for yourself and those around you, ultimately moving closer to the goal of enlightenment.
