In true Lou & Aimee style, we decided to go on a spontaneous last minute trip to Hangzhou, in Zhejiang Province! We visited Linying Temple, Leifeng Pagoda, Jingci Temple, Qinghefang Cultural Block and West Lake.

Reason it's so busy is that the Chinese are unable to travel overseas for holidays. 145 million of them travel abroad for that every year. So imagine all of them are now travelling within China.

Super late and you probably know by now but in a lot of restaurants you have to specifically say you want the rice now, otherwise they'll bring it out at the end of the meal. I used to study in Hangzhou and that was something we learned veeeeery quickly haha!!

Three is another temple at uphill which is less tourists and more quiet, I had been there twice and each time had a nice Hangzhou green tea

Chinese people normally serves the rice (or noodle) last. So if you want to have the rice with other foods, you have to ask the waiter to serve rice with foods.

You read so much fake news. We in China have the most religions in the world! Every religion lives in peace and obeys the laws of the country! Including Christianity, Catholicism, Islam, Islam, Tibetan Buddhism, Sinicized Buddhism, Taoism, etc.! I really don't know where you got the false news, it's too ridiculous. A country with the most religions is described by fake news as banning religions. This is ridiculous!
